You can expect that the room is a bit noisy as it is at the city centre, also can clearly hear that someone is cleaning up the room next to yours. Overall the room is clean and tidy and perfect location!

Really enjoyed my stay here, staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel terrace is beautiful.

Excellent location beside Gran Via metro, with all the shopping just infront. Hotel room is good size, modern. Breakfast service was very good with continental selection.

Location’s really good. Very near the Gran Via station, minutes away from Merkado de San Miguel and Plaza Mayor. The staff are very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

We booked a hotel in Madrid. Overall, it was pretty nice. It was renovated and should be new. It was very clean. But the location was not very good. It was a bit far from the Lichi Park. We had to take a taxi to go to nearby places.

The hotel is located in the downtown area, very close to Puerta del Sol, very convenient for travel and dining, and there is a subway station right outside, which is very convenient to go anywhere. It is highly recommended

The location is at the entrance of the most lively area of ​​Gran Via, next to the subway station, and walking distance to Primark, Bersha, ZARA, and the British Palace. It is also close to the brand-name shopping store downstairs of the Four Seasons in the city center. The hardware is also good, and the terrace of the room can also see the street view of Gran Via. Macarons were given as a welcome dessert when checking in. The breakfast is semi-buffet, and the quantity is quite large. The only drawback is that the hotel entrance is small, and there are steps to the front desk. Although the small elevator at the back can be used, everyone does not use it to save time. In terms of price, it is a bit expensive this time during the National Day. However, house prices are generally rising in Europe now. If you come to Madrid for shopping, this hotel is worth recommending!
