毎日のお掃除をしてくれるメイドの方はよく働くしサービスもよい。エクセレント❣️片や、朝食の会場に毎朝足を運んでいたが、この受付の余りにも仕事に無関心な男は７日毎朝顔合わせても名前は覚えきれず、ホスピタリティのかけらもなく、毎朝気分が悪かった。ウエイターはしょっちゅう頼んだ事を忘れる、毎日、同じオーダーを3度声をかける。毎日繰り返される。www 伝統と気品に満ちたパレスホテルは改装中である事を予約サイトから知らされなかった。自分の部屋にたどり着くのに2回エレベーターを乗りがないと帰れない。5月に改装が終わるらしいが、改装が終わっても人は改善されまい。マリオットホテルのホテルマンのホスピタリティとその能力はは低く、星はせいぜい３つ以下であろう。残念なホテルだった。

環境很乾凈舒適，前台服務人員的態度也特別好。非常建議來這裏入住！

酒店地理位置很棒，緊臨普馬德里拉多博物館和麗池公園，到太陽門廣場也可步行抵達。 房間很大，設施完備，早餐很豐盛，服務態度也很好。

地點一流，去購物吃飯超級方便，離開普拉多美術博物館才209米左右，步行到哪裡都方便
