"We were here for medical reasons and rather than drive back and forth for the follow up we elected to stay in the area and make a little vacation of it. The atmosphere of the Madison Home2 Suite is excellent. Check in was a breeze with no waiting, but then we checked in online and there weren't many arriving at the same time as us. All of the staff, from the front desk, housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance, and management made this stay one of the best we've ever had. They have been attentive to our needs and are both friendly and professional. I noticed that staff is present throughout the day working to keep the rooms and facilities clean. Our King Suite with a separate sitting room was perfect for our needs. It allowed for recuperation while not hindering the other occupant. Separate climate controls and a door to close. There's a large TV in each room and plenty of storage for longer stays. The king bed was plush and the sofa bed was also very comfortable. The kitchenette was a pleasure, complete with an apartment size fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The room was fully stocked upon arrival and housekeeping was available daily. The complimentary breakfast was considerably more extensive and varied than what I have seen at other hotels. Everything ran perfectly, every day that we were here (10 days). It got a bit hectic when we all came down like a swarm of locust but the staff met the challenge.. Plenty of food, cutlery, and staff. So whatever new hotel kinks there may have been have been worked out. There's also a well appointed fitness center with both cardio and weights. There is a small laundry if needed. Finally, the patio is great. Lots of seating, a huge fire pit and 2 large Weber Genesis gas grills all attached to the natural gas lines. Thank you, Justin and your whole team for making a difficult trip so much better. It has been a pleasure staying here and look forward to future visits. Catherine and Miranda"

"The hotel is clean and the surrounding area is very good. There is an outlet mall and a target mart nearby, so it is good for walking. It was a bit disappointing that breakfast ended too early. It is from 6 to 9 a.m."
