Great service from Jimia at reception, chef Ernest, and the kitchen and gate staff. I enjoyed the meals and meeting guests heading to Katakwi for International Women’s Day. From Akello to the air ***** is a good place for a morning run. My affordable room was comfortable at night and a bit hot during the day, happy with the shower, bed, price, etc. Akello also offers higher-end rooms.

This was our third stay in 5 trips at the Akello. Good service, clean rooms and convenient. Restaurant was limited in their offerings but they are still recovering from covid. We booked through ******* and while it worked the staff was a little confused. We would stay here again.
