Ulasan Hotel Kou Va

Hotel Kou Va is a no frills hotel. It provides air-conditioned rooms, with TV, hot water, and bottled drinking water. The best thing about this hotel is the proximity to Senado Square and is close to food shops.

Just normal not very good not very bad  If you want a  easy one it would be ok

The receptionist was rude. I came early at 10 in the morning so understandably I couldn't get into my room, but the receptionist said the equivalent of "why on earth you come so early" in chinese with an unfriendly tone. I don't think he spoke English as well. The hotel was booked to the brim and other guests are making a racket even well after 2 in the morning, clearly proving the rooms are very poorly insulated from noise. The receptionist was snoring loudly throughout the night.

The room is clean, spacious and in walking distance to some popular tourist attractions (senado square, ruins of St. Paul’s). There’s famous souvenir shop right in front of the hotel (pastelaria koi kei) and food stall all around the area. The receptionist are on standby 24 hours. Recommended place to stay in Macau.

Very good service

The location is great! Just 200-300 meters away from San Malo. Fast check in, the service was quite fine, the receptionists were trying to be helpful. The room was pretty spacious and rather clean, big and wide bed. Clean sheets, and all the amenities included. I only have one slight suggestion please, the hotel could add up and provide some coffee in rooms, all the rest was awesome! Next time I’m gonna stay here again☺️

the hotel was hard to find but this is macau anyway. we need to expect a bit of adventure. the location is great for indonesian, several indonesian restaurants scattered around. overall it was good for overnight stay.

Being able to stay in this hotel is very nice because it was neat and clean, the bed is very comfortable to lay on, In addition it is very quiet and peaceful, I would love ti stay in this hotel again. I will definitely recommend this.

we only stay for one night, its a budget meal price considerating the rooms has 4beds. the staff are all good eventhough hard to communicate because their English not so clear.

Very spacious. Smells of smoke and cigarettes. Good location.

When we arrived, they accommodated us but the lobby and hallways were smelly because of cigarettes. When we checked out they also helped us book a taxi.

The hotel location is good,. However the room is without any window, pillow case still have previous guest hair spray smell. Not a good sign of cleaniness
