One of the most iconic buildings in Asian (one of the ugliest too??) with a great view over the lake from the room. A lot of options for foodies and the food quality was high. Service was good even before the holiday. However, if you are looking for a relaxing and zen holiday, this would not be ideal. The lobby is always packed; it looks like a train station. The interior design of the room... I am not capable of appreciating it (yet). Love the in-room steam shower very much.

Booked this room for the second time as it is really convenient to everywhere. New Yaohan, Senado Square etc. Many small eateries and shops around the corner. Room is huge and I love the amenities and facilities provided by the hotel. Daily breakfast set was flavorful too with some Chinese dimsum / local variety.

Hotel location is good with very good service but limited choose for breakfast.

A MUST stay in Grand lisboa hotel for Macau. Very nice view from the room, staffs are very friendly.. cleanliness is tip top. I will definitely go back there if I going to Macau..

The hotel is falsely advertising amenities and features. The only restaurant that’s open is the 24-hour coffee shop. All other Michelin Star-rated and “renowned” dining establishments are “closed due to Covid.” The food was terrible and there were only two choices for breakfast—both disgusting. The hotel is cutting corners and saving money wherever possible, including poorly-heated rooms. The Grand Lisboa also requires that customers pay a 250 USD deposit with a credit card on arrival. This made me uncomfortable. I purchased my stay via PayPal because I prefer using my credit card as little as possible for security reasons. We left three nights early because the stay was such a disappointment. The staff were constantly apologizing to everyone and they were very kind. However, Grand Lisboa’s owners and upper level management are to blame for its cost-cutting and customer-unfriendly policies. After observing different areas and hotels in Macao, it seemed like certain foreign-owned hotels, such as the Sofitel are maintaining higher standards and prioritizing customer satisfaction. The Venetian also seemed to still have a lot of business, as well. This trip taught me that there are only a few establishments that are doing well. The Grand Lisboa is a hotel that’s experiencing a serious financial crisis and this is being projected onto customers. I had a great experience at the Sofitel during a previous trip. I recommend staying there instead.

Great place great location for getting around

The service was very good. They took the initiative to take the guests to the room with their luggage and introduced the room information. The double bed was very large and it was not crowded at all with the children. The scenery was beautiful and the location was very good. However, there was no special seat for guests in the lobby. There was a queue and check-in process. There was no place for the accompanying personnel to sit and rest.

The hotel has convenient transportation, very complete facilities, clean and spacious rooms, and welcome fruits. The lobby reception was warm and thoughtful, especially a little sister named Cristal Lin, who was very enthusiastic. The front desk staff knew that it was our wedding anniversary, and specially sent chocolates and a signed greeting card from the front desk staff, which was very heartwarming.

The hotel is in a prime location, very convenient to everywhere; there are Chinese and American breakfasts; you can see the Ruins of St. Paul's from the room.

The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance to the Ruins of St. Paul's and Wynn MGM. The hotel lobby and outside have become tourist check-in spots. I thought I could only check in after 2pm, so I planned to go out for a walk if I arrived early. I arrived at the hotel entrance at 11am. As soon as I got off the bus, someone gave me directions. I checked in directly at the front desk. The service was very good throughout the whole process. You can choose a smoking room or a non-smoking room. A travel guide and two small gifts were also given. The room card is a small pendant that can be taken away after check-out. In addition to the two room cards, there is also another power card, which is very convenient. I was given a high-rise lake view room. Each bed in the twin room is very wide, which is more comfortable with children. There is a conversion plug in the room, which is very friendly. There is a pharmacy next to the lobby elevator, which is also convenient for children to buy medicine when they are not feeling well.
