Free snacks and soft drinks are free to serve in the room, so nice.  The room is clean and good for 2.

Overall, it was a nice hotel, but I was a bit disappointed that my room wasn't ready when I arrived at 5 PM. I had to wait in the lobby for over 20 minutes while it was being prepared. On a positive note, the room setup was pleasant, and the room service was excellent. However, I did encounter another issue: the toilet was blocked, and I had to call a technician to fix it at 3 AM.

We planned our trip here but being told their water park is closed for maintenance, and their indoor water park also close Tue to Thur. No service no greeting, it is a complete mess. Please try to stay away this mismanaged hotel. please ase make your hotel better, it is not up to any standard in Macau. Other hotel would be much better choice Many people also

I live 28 floor. I really like the window view and swimming pool. I spend half of day to see the view and relax in the swimming pool

Awesome hotel, especially for families. I had my two young sons with me and there was no shortage of entertainment or food options for them. Disappointed to find out the indoor water park, golden reel, etc. is only open on certain days. Those facts need to be advertised more clearly.

Incredible stay, amazing room, great service (though we needed to wait in a long queue for check in). My partner had a birthday and they were kind enough to fill the room with balloons and serve us a small cake as a gift! 5 stars!

The location of the Hotel is 1 minute walking distance to Parisian hotel and with good view. Top notch assistance & service from the Hotel staff. Always ready to help. This hotel has its own live shows, golden reel ticket discount for people who stay here, multiple floors with shopping malls & food joints. The buffet breakfast was having a variety of vegetarian (Indian cuisine) & Non- Vegetarian (sea food, duck, pork, beef, chicken), variety of bakery items, whole & cut fruits, etc. continental options to choose from. Really enjoyed our time in studio city hotel. The mini bar items were all free throughout our 3 nights stay and was refilled each day, this was a bonus.The images uploaded are taken by me, you can see the see the beautiful. I will definitely recommend my friends to consider this hotel without any second thought.

Good things: Service of staff from check-in, luggage and housekeeping were excellent. It was to celebrate my birthday and they provided a small cake and some deco in the room which was nice which the children enjoyed. And allowed late check-out to 2pm. Not-so-good things: Had to wait 30 mins for the shuttle service from Taipa Ferry Terminal to hotel (comparing the queue for another hotel - 2 shuttles have left in that time). The ride was also bumpy. Room was spacious but I found the toilet small with no proper bathtub (only a simply shower head and no rain shower - very different from other hotels of the same level we stayed in Macau). In terms of discounts and promotions to eat/spend - not as good as conpared to otther establishments.
