Perjalanan ke Macau ini untuk melihat binatang itu, kami bertiga memesan dua kamar hotel melalui Journey, jam 12 siang hari itu taksi tiba di salah satu hotel yang dipesan, Hotel Conrad, check in untuk satu orang, dalam pelayanan seorang pria meja depan yang sangat sopan memproses penyimpanan bagasi dan prosedur check-in (tambahan kartu kamar). Museum itu melihat pameran pertama binatang itu, sekitar pukul 5:30, naik taksi kembali ke Taipa Meishi MGM untuk check-in dua orang (penyimpanan bagasi Conrad, bukan layanan pengambilan bagasi di depan pintu), dalam perjalanan untuk check-in, meminta pelayan untuk memesan restoran Kanton hotel, dapat membantu memesan, disuruh pergi ke kamar setelah menekan 0 dengan telepon kabel untuk memesan, hasilnya setelah panggilan telepon untuk mendapatkan jeruk, akhirnya pergi makan di dekat Hotel Conrad. Kekurangan umum: Tombol toilet MGM tidak otomatis memantul setelah disiram. Kekurangan untuk kelas atas: Karena hotel MGM menyediakan sebotol air kecil untuk tempat hiburan, beberapa botol air bersama-sama kurang dari satu teko, hampir tidak cukup untuk menyeduh dua cangkir teh bunga. (Singa yang diberikan pada gambar 4 hanya bisa tidur di tempat sampah)!

👎❌❌❌Sebuah insiden terjadi selama saya menginap. Pengalaman menginap saya sangat buruk, dan saya menemui banyak kendala selama proses pengaduan. Yang keterlaluan adalah Ctrip bahkan tidak menyebutkannya, jadi saya baru menemukan berita lama ini sehari setelah saya check-in. 1⃣️Pencahayaan lorong sangat menyedihkan. 2⃣️Saya dan pasangan bermimpi buruk (seperti mimpi Kong Bu). 3⃣️Kami pergi ke kolam renang dan lupa membawa kartu kamar, hanya membawa ponsel. Kami tidak bisa masuk, karena mereka membutuhkan kartu. Tetapi tanpa kunci, kami tidak bisa naik lift kembali ke kamar kami. Saya melaporkan hal ini ke resepsionis, dan mereka membuat saya mengantre selama setengah jam. Mereka bilang mereka tidak bisa mengeluarkan kartu kunci tanpa ID, yang merupakan lingkaran setan yang tak ada habisnya. It was very nice to be at MGM Cotai for our anniversary. The hotel is of good quality for both facilities and services and accesses a convenient location. Definitely worth a recommendation and will come back again.

excellent service by the staff of MGM Cotai, from the reception to the front desk. Very well service by the individual restaurants staff , including the Chinese catering 淳, and 好煱。Very helpful and nice service staff, not only rendering appropriate seats and recommending delicious but suitable dishes, according to the needs of the customers.
It was difficult to obtain transportation means in the morning, but the staff , namely Richard Liu of the main lobby, has spent extra efforts to call a taxi for our aged patients. Many thanks to this gentleman and his fellow workers.

Check in computer system has error. We are told to go out for sightseeing for a moment. When we come back at 5pm. The system is not fixed. So we went to have dinner in hotel. Then when we come back at 7pm, the system has still not fixed, and we need to line up for 1 hour to check in!! The line management is awful and not professional. They even don’t have a contingency plan. I didn’t expect a 5 star international hotel will have such a problem!
We originally plan to enjoy their swimming pool in the afternoon and we ended up enter the room at 8pm that the pool already closed.

I had an event there during the weekend and all I can say is Kudos to MGM Cotai!
They made miracles that night and all the guests enjoyed the food, ambience, facilities, ballroom and the service par excellence.

Great hotel. Staff are very accommodating and very helpful. Rooms are clean and very functional. Swimming pool is lovely with lots of loungers and fresh water. Would definitely return to and stay at this hotel again.

Just stayed for four nights at MGM Cotai, had to add on an extra night at the last minute and the staff, particularly Shellee helped so much with this, going out of her way to make sure my room was decorated (was a celebration with friends), and making sure that notes were carefully made to assist me upon check-in. The free coach from/to the border was a huge help as well. Even after I checked out, Vincent walked my luggage for me to the shuttle area and was kind and generous. Drinks at the bar, though pricey, are really worth it. Someone is always there to help if needed and the twice daily room cleaning/turn down were so nice to have after a day exploring and when bed time came. Will be returning and bringing friends, so very happy to have this wonderful escape close to home. As a note to anyone visiting the area, convenience stores on the strip are not easy to find or are closed, so bring cigs and snacks for times before you find a store with a taxi. Can't wait to return!

check-in at 5pm and was informed that rooms not yet ready. A bit surprised and glad to know the rooms are ready before we finished checking-in. Promised fruits were not delivered to rooms though.
Appreciate an alternative way to allow luggage getting through the casino (not staying in casino area, just passing through from one entrance to one exit)

Excellent service, newer hotel, close to LRT for easier commute as basically often unable to grab taxi in Macau. Shuttle buses to gate, airport and pier.
Coast breakfast also good but not cheap, should sign up for MGM membership to obtain discount.
