Its worth staying in this hotel. Affordable and near to the beach

My arrival at the hotel didn’t go so smoothly. I initially booked two nights but was not sure about the transfer arrangements on Fridays to the airport. My modification to one day was done well over a week in advance but when I got to the hotel they were asking me to pay some taxes for the day I cancelled. They also were charging me for the speedboat transfer, not confirming with me first if I took their boat or not. My check in was a little later than 2pm and I’d been waiting since 12:00 or so as I took the 10:45am speed boat to the hotel. The room was good but no one is based at that specific hotel you have to eat your meals and request services from the other hotel branches. If they did their admin well, then holiday would’ve went smoothly.

I had an amazing experience at Kaani Beach Hotel! The location is perfect, right by the beach with stunning views. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, offering great value for money. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ensuring a comfortable stay. The meals were delicious, especially the fresh seafood options. Whether it’s for relaxation or adventure, this hotel has it all. Highly recommend for a memorable stay in the Maldives.

DISSATISFACTION!! Do not take any activities under Kaani Group. Speed boat service provided by hotel from Male Jetty to Maafushi Island feel 25USD for 1 pax 1 way. Once booked the hotel, please email them to get information regarding speed boat service. First day we are warmly welcomed by the hotel staff. Took 15-20 mins for the room arrangements. Staff helped to bring the luggage’s to the room. Room was good clean and neat. No toothpaste and brush was provided. First 2-3 days very struggling to get WI-FI due to some disruption. We need to go out to use WiFi. We took water sport activities under Kaani. Not a great service. I would suggest to go around see other packages provided by other companies. We was disappointed with their management when we asked about the snorkelling activities we done is not go well as they promised. When I raised the issue they management refused to answer.

The hotel quite old but good maintenance, not my fav but good price. I prefer kaani palm for my next stay

Very good hotel, i recommend 100% its an amazing way to start your trip. The breakfast is good and the infinity pool is nice

3 nights here was awesome. Hotel doesn't have its own reception so had to go to Kaani grand which is about 1 min away. No telephone in the room either. Breakfast, check in and checkout all done at kaani grand. There's no elevator which can be a huge inconvenience if you are travelling with people with mobility issues. Location is good, cafes are just at the doorsteps. Bikini beach is a minute walk away. Definitely a good place to stay

The value for money on this room is not there, The service is not on par with what you would usually expect in the Maldives, some member of the staff was even rude at times when you asked questions, I would not recommend this place

The staff at reception always disappear from the desk. The phone in the room cannot be (no cable connect to the phone is it broken or fake phone idk) I stayed 3 nights. I found wifi problems cannot access for the whole day whole night, and water supply was shut down when my boyfriend was showing (no phone no staff no help with that situation) what a terrible hotel
