Keystone Hôtel

Excellent location, walking distance to public transport (tram and metro/overground rail). Staff very helpful breakfast excellent served in a right room with varied selection. Room overlooking garden very comfortable and quiet. Loved it!

Keystone is a place to be both for business and pleasure or have a weekend away in Lyon. Tram from airport to Part Dieu then take T1 direction to Debourg and get off at Sainte-Blandine and hotel is just round the corner. Check in is quick with no fuss, breakfast is plenty to choose from to bright up your day. Room is well equipped, clean, bright, and new 405. Great location close to everything, bang on between old and new plus a big mall just 5 mins away. You can walk along the river Rhone to reach old town for Bouchon, visit Saturday market before head to Notre Dame. (Would love to recommend La Croix - Rousse area for a great local and place to eat out and away from tourist like us. Last FAB service from team with smile and special thank you to Karim from first to last day for making this trip more memorable in Lyon.

We arrived late at this hotel to find a ladder blocking our room door! We did not know there were renovations going on. This ladder appeared a few times which was v annoying. There was nowhere to sit downstairs as this depended on whether the attached brasserie was open. The manager of this brasserie was extremely rude to my husband and we left. I was very upset at this. The bathroom was tiny with hardly any light at all. Breakfast was pretty awful. They should not have given us that room in view of the building work.

La chambre supérieure n'est pas à la hauteur des prix pratiqués, lavabo bouché, une seule vasque, grille d'évacuation de douche cassée. L'espace qu'ils nomment "Spa" est extrêmement petit, jacuzzi hors service, compliqué d'ouvrir la porte du hammam sans se heurter à un fauteuil! Personnel sympathique mais non professionnel.

Sur une halte à Lyon pour la route des vacances Petit arrêt de 2 jours sur Lyon, avec une visite de la ville Chambre confort, literie douillette. Accueil attentionné, attentif et nous a montré un lieu de parking et un plan de la ville. Bien situé , l'hôtel est centre ville et proche des commodités de transport en commun
