Ulasan TRIBE Lyon Croix Rousse

The same as other Tribes I have stayed at but a bit less good vibes. I was feeling unwell for the majority of my stay but I can still pick up on care and attention from staff when I am unwell in fact their probably ought to have been more. More function that funk! Likely not to stay again when in Lyon and to add, bad reviews are rare from me as you will see from my passed reviews. I didn't even feel like saying thank you. Very unlike me.

The location is a bit far from the old town. There’s no small refrigerator in the room. The bed is really high. But the front door staff are really nice.

I have randomly selected this hotel and it turned out to be a great choice. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. quiet area, clean, at walking distance to Croix rousse. rooms are super comfy and the bed is amazing. Perfect choice for business or leisure travel. Reception team is very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful room with a beautiful view of the park. The service was impeccable, the staff was attentive and very pleasant. The cocktail was also excellent! Happy with the stay 😊

A very design hotel, the dinner in the hotel restaurant is also delicious

I booked a garden view room and specifically asked for a high-rise room, but I was given a room on the ground floor, which looked like a semi-basement. When I asked to change rooms, I was told that they were full and could only change the room the next day. I was there at 3 p.m. I couldn’t believe that the hotel was already full when we arrived half way! At about nine o'clock in the morning on the last day, while I was still sleeping, a cleaning lady opened the door and entered the room. She almost scared me to death. She said a lot of words that I couldn't understand, and then she hung up the do not disturb sign in my room. On the outside of the door, it’s just baffling! Really angry! The hotel is located in a remote location and is inconvenient for short trips!

I stayed in this hotel because I moved. It was very quiet and the service was very good. I could check in early. The hotel was very new and had complete facilities. It was not far from the airport and only took 30 minutes to get there.

We came for the Easter weekend with my girlfriend, we were made very welcome, the room we had was really perfect, very beautiful and very clean. No regrets about this hotel I highly recommend it for the price it is perfect. Very good breakfast with homemade and fresh products.

Excellent in all aspects

Modern, clean and friendly. The staff is fantastic and speaks English fluently. The hotel is clean and comfortable, with a nice lobby to work/relax. It’s well located for a 5 min walk to the metro, 10 min to Croix Rousse and next to a nice park.

It’s 10.07pm on a Saturday night and the bar is shut to residents. The receptionist scoffed and pointed at apple juice in a fridge. So poor for the money spent on this place. No food on the weekend, and now apparently no bar either. You are either a hotel or apartments, you can’t be both.
