A few minutes walk from Lake Lucerne. The apartment is a two-story loft. One bed downstairs. Two beds upstairs. The bed is opposite the skylight. The apartment facilities are perfect. You can cook your own meals and have a small terrace. The small wine room is a simple color of wood and white. Overall the house is very satisfied, but there is a little dissatisfaction because the room was already set up without giving the apartment building password and room password in advance. I ca n’t go downstairs to hit the owner. The phone didn't work, and I was trapped downstairs twice before and after waiting for a resident in the building to open the door before we could get in. The service was not very good.

Check-in and check-out are smooth, and the concierge is helpful in offering local recommendations or organizing activities. Some guests have noted that the service can feel a bit business-oriented rather than warm and personal, but overall, it’s efficient and reliable. Dining – 8/10 The on-site restaurant and bar offer a good selection of food and drinks, with a mix of Swiss and international cuisine. Breakfast is buffet-style, with fresh pastries, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, and great coffee. The variety is good, but during peak times, the breakfast area can feel crowded. Amenities – 8.5/10 Fitness Center & Sauna – A well-equipped gym and a small sauna are available, perfect after a long day of sightseeing. Meeting & Conference Rooms – Great for business travelers, with modern facilities and event spaces. Parking – There’s underground parking, which is convenient but comes at an additional cost. The room facilities are OK, clean and tidy, the transportation is convenient, it is very close to the train station, there are supermarkets around, and life is convenient. It is very close to the attractions. The service attitude of the front desk staff is good.
