Amazing hotel near Luzerne train station. Many bakery nearby. Hotel staff was friendly and kind, provided toiletries and water. Breakfast was simple but good enough to start the day. Very short walk to the old town area which was great!

The location is good as it is near the railway station. It is also near the supermarket, restaurants and places of interest. The front desk is very friendly and explains check in details well. The room is clean. The breakfast is good.

The area is modern and convenient, though if you’re looking for a more historic, traditional Swiss setting, you might prefer something in the Old Town. Rooms – 8.5/10 The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern, with comfortable beds, stylish decor, and large windows offering great views of either the lake or mountains. Some rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows, making the scenery even more spectacular. The bathrooms are sleek and well-equipped, and amenities like a Nespresso machine, minibar, and a work desk add extra comfort. Service – 8/10 The staff is professional, friendly, and efficient. Check-in and check-out are smooth, and the concierge is helpful in offering local recommendations or organizing activities. Some guests have noted that the service can feel a bit business-oriented rather than warm and personal, but overall, it’s efficient and reliable. Dining – 8/10 The on-site restaurant and bar offer a good selection of food and drinks, with a mix of Swiss and international cuisine. Breakfast is buffet-style, with fresh pastries, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, and great coffee. The variety is good, but during peak times, the breakfast area can feel crowded. Amenities – 8.5/10 Fitness Center & Sauna – A well-equipped gym and a small sauna are available, perfect after a long day of sightseeing. The most satisfying hotel in the entire Swiss trip. There is a No. 24 bus across the road from the Lucerne train station. It takes only a few stops to get to the hotel entrance, which takes more than ten minutes. It is very convenient. The hotel is directly by the lake. When I opened the balcony door of the room I booked, I could see the lake and snow-capped mountains. It was so beautiful. The whole room is quite large, and the decoration design is unique, with a strong sense of holiday style. It is suitable for staying for two more days.

The location of the hotel is a little far from the station. Very friendly staff, gave my daughter a welcome gift when checking in, she liked it very much. When we checked out, they helped me bring the luggage when they saw me with my daughter alone. The room is warm and comfortable, the room size is also suitable, the water and drinks in the mini bar are free, and the hotel also gave free bus coupons to tour the city. Our whole family likes this hotel very much.

The hotel front desk upgraded the room, it was big and comfortable! The rooms next to the elevators are very quiet. There are many breakfast options, I recommend you try them! The hotel is close to supermarkets and train stations, which is very convenient.

Receptionist was friendly, patient and helpful. Hotel was conveniently located. Room was small, light bulb spoiled in the other part of the room and wasn't replaced. Coffee and tea bags provided. Bathroom was very small. Lift was very old and small. Can only fit 1 pax and a luggage each time. No frills hotel. Enjoyed the proximity to the train station, old town and the lake.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the train station, right by the lake, close to the church and various attractions in the old town, and convenient for surrounding facilities such as dining and shopping. The hotel rooms are also very clean and tidy, and the service is in place.

The room is very big, and the hotel upgraded the lake view room for free! The scenery is super good! You can see the snow-capped mountains above the lake, but the weather is bad and you can't see the sunrise and sunset. The food in the hotel restaurant is also very delicious, but the price is a bit expensive.
