Kamarnya memang sangat tua, tetapi tempat ini menyenangkan untuk ditinggali! Pengiriman makanan melalui layanan kamar juga bagus. Great place to stop from the harsh Egyptian experience. An oasis for sure great garden and fantastic service. It’s a must do after long travels.

Really an incredible experience. Everyone from the reception, to the breakfast service to the pool and room service were exceptional. They made us feel welcome, at home and helped us enjoying our stay. Will definitely come back and recommend others that want to have an unforgettable experience in Luxor.

The hotel is perfectly located and has amazing views of the Nile, we enjoyed a beautiful sunset ! The service was impeccable and they prepared for us breakfast box. The only criticism which is not only applicable to the hotel is the fact that the price quoted for them helping to call a taxi by the reception was by far higher than what it would normally cost to grab a taxi and use the meter

這是我入住的最差勁的國際五星級酒店沒有之一！這間酒店1886年由埃及總督修建而成 1977年改造為酒店，帶着奢華的血液而生，但服務確實十分差勁！酒店歷史悠久硬件有些老舊可以理解但是軟件服務上實在是差勁酒店入住時房間內最基本的牙刷和刮鬍刀沒有下午去神廟玩兒了半天傍晚回來依舊沒有補上第二天依舊未及時補齊，直到我到前台詢問後才給送達，房間衞生服務同樣差勁，離開時什麼樣子回來依舊，鞋子沒有擺正，衣服也沒有整理，水的補給也不夠，床單上還有未知黑棉絮。整個入住體驗簡直是垃圾至極，並且能夠感受到赤裸裸的華人歧視，以後絕不會再來一次！以後也絕不會再入住索菲特品牌酒店

開窗見河，尼羅河的日落如夢似幻。酒店的花園中奇樹眾多，葳蕤繁茂。酒店的服務很棒，協調更換、升級房型。有機會的話，會再回來的！

是一家有歷史的酒店，花園很漂亮。酒店裡的1886餐廳很不錯，就是對男士有dress code，雖然帶了襯衣和西褲，但還是不OK，好在酒店會提供西服。

酒店以前是埃及國王行宮，環境優美，裏面有火烈鳥和孔雀，整個酒店區別於盧克索城區，簡直是是天上地下，一個人馬糞垃圾滿天飛，一個是宮殿花園，滿滿的反差

酒店是百年酒店，設施有些老舊，洗手間的杯子是破的，服務真心很差，之前我要換房間，説沒有，而且愛搭不理，我衹能到前台，到前台後才給換。最差的是我退房時忘帶走我的香奈兒香水，放在桌上，第二天問酒店，竟然説沒有，問攜程，説讓我報警😅

總體上不錯，酒店地理位置絕佳，出門就是尼羅河，景點都在不遠的地方，盧克索神廟就在旁邊，晚上還是比較熱鬧的。酒店是老了一點，歐式風格，很多餐廳和bar需要正裝出席，可惜沒帶

除了庭院不錯，其它一言難盡。住的河景房，但是酒店內部實在太老舊了，完全不值這個價。此次埃及全程覺得最不值的酒店，沒有之一。同樣都是索菲特，完全不能和阿斯旺老瀑布傳奇相提並論，國內三星和國際標準五星的區別。很少給酒店評價和低分，本身也不是很挑剔的人，但這個真的千萬千萬要避雷，內部不是一般的舊，進門就想退房的那種，不要被外表矇蔽。而且也沒啥服務，諮詢餐飲問題的時候態度也不好。類似的宮殿酒店有不少，總有機會體驗。實在有執念住邊上附樓吧，起碼佔一個性價比。2000+的價格留給別的酒店吧，這家不值。
