A fantastic overnight stay. Staff were so friendly and accommodating, room was very comfortable and clean. Dinner was amazing and they prepared a delicious take away breakfast ready for our 4.30am departure!

Wonderful service, and I felt totally comfortable as a woman staying alone. The reception staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was a typical, familiar Marriott room. The food at the breakfast buffet and at the bar was all good. It was an easy walk over to the East Park Mall.

Throughout my stay, the hotel staff consistently went above and beyond to make me feel pampered and attended to. Whether it was arranging transportation, recommending local attractions, or accommodating special requests, their professionalism and genuine care for their guests were truly commendable.

From the outside, this hotel looks super boring. However, its consistently priced at bargain levels, the staff are helpful, and the rooms comfortable. Wifi worked well, my room was comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast buffet had nice variety from day to day. The location is pretty good, just a few minutes walk from multiple shopping malls & dining options. I'd definitely stay here again if I end up in Lusaka.

We had a workshop and the main reason we selected this Hotel is because its Disability friendly. The nature of workshop we had comprised of persons living with disabilities. Our participants loved the hotel and food.
