一如既往的優秀，多哈最好的酒店沒有之一。特別感謝中國黑龍江女孩文鑫熱情周到無微不至的服務，美好的記憶。

設施和衞生很完美，一切都很新很智能。最喜歡的是房間的香薰機，每天可以選擇自己中意的氣味。可能是淡季，酒店住客也不多，入住的這幾天吃早餐基本沒有其他人，餐廳服務很好，早餐的香蕉蛋糕非常令人印象深刻。美中不足客房服務有所欠缺，處理突發問題的反應能力欠佳，可能是新酒店的原因？

We had such an amazing time at Aqua Lounge. Emmanuel was such a great host, he was super friendly and really made us feel welcome. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for amazing views of the city, the Lusail Marina, and top class service! 10/10

worst hotel i tried it twice and each one worst than the other. first stay the play was noisy and the spray in toilet was broken and windows was dirty i didn’t sleep over, second stay they didn’t give me the same floor i asked for that’s why i had to wait 1 more hour to get my Suit and i mentioned the floor in email and they confirm , air conditioner was hot till night the shower wasn’t working correctly thats why they had to switch the electricity i order afternoon tea and should receive it 5:00 pm since it was celebration . when i asked where is it they weren’t aware about it even and i have waited 30 minutes . i called the manager and all those issue was addressed to them via email . i did check out 11;00 pm can’t stay since it’s very hot. the manager refused to refund my money he approved only for half coz i stayed from 3:30 to 11:00 pm . if this case happened in other hotel they do anything for the customer so they don’t losses him but this Hotel they don’t care.

On-site, it's Faten, trained in the method, who takes care of us with remarkable kindness and professionalism. Her sole aim is to provide us with absolute well-being, and she achieves it with a gentleness and a smile that brighten up the entire experience. The treatment unfolds in three steps, starting with the gentle removal of calluses and dryness using a mineral scrub, followed by a gentle nail polishing, and finally a toe-to-leg massage to relieve muscle tension. The result? Baby-soft feet and a completely relaxed mind!
