Service: From the etiquette staff who welcome guests, to the front desk staff who check in, to the restaurant waiters, every move shows professionalism, enthusiasm and discretion, caring but not excessively disturbing, which makes people feel comfortable. A few flaws: 1. The pool water temperature, environment, supplies, drinks and towels are all very good, but the shower room in the pool has a problem with poor drainage - I changed 3 flushing positions in a row, and there was water accumulation, and the blocked hair floated up and floated everywhere, which was a bit disappointing. 2. During non-travel peak periods + weekdays, the accommodation price is a bit expensive.

Beautiful hotel with a fantastic breakfast. We were a little frustrated at check in as we had paid for a more expensive room that wasn't ready on time so they tried to give us a lower end room under the false claim that it was an upgrade when it was in fact a downgrade. Additionally the pool was a public one located off site from the hotel. It was a nice facility but it would have been good to know as I almost went in my bathrobe which would have been an awkward walk around the block. With this minor issues we still had a nice and enjoyable stay.

Fengxiang Hot Spring Resort, as soon as I arrived, I was shocked by the luxurious lobby. The check-in speed was super fast, and there was no anxiety of waiting. The concierge was very enthusiastic and sent us to the room attentively. The room has its own independent private courtyard, which is like a star-like light. The bed in the room is moderately soft and hard, and I slept until dawn. This trip to Fengxiang is very satisfactory. Next time I will definitely choose Fengxiang

This lovely hotel is as close as you can get to the Longmen Grottoes! Walk or take the hotel shuttle down the hill, and the river and grottoes are in front of you! Our room had great beds, 2 kinds of pillows (I love the buckwheat pillow, my friend prefers the regular pillow), cool air conditioning (it's hot in July), & excellent, powerful shower with high quality shampoo, etc. Although our Chinese language skills are poor, the staff were patient, helpful, & highly service-oriented, using apps to communicate with us. They explained the finer details of getting tickets to the grottoes & moving around the area. The extensive breakfast buffet was terrific, with a huge range of choices to satisfy all palates--I prefer Chinese breakfast foods, my friend prefers Western style breakfast. Both of us were full and happy, ready to climb all the stairs at the grottoes. It is necessary to mention the dinner restaurant at Dong Shang Hotel. It was excellent. Eggplant=100% fantastic! Cilantro salad=100% wow! I recommend their dinner restaurant even if you are not staying at their hotel.

The lady at the front desk is very warm and thoughtful! The room is spacious and bright, and the wash basin is also separated from wet and dry. The hotel is not far from Cross Street and Luoyi Ancient City. It is within walking distance to Cross Street! Traveling is very convenient! Recommended!

The lady waited at the appointed place 20 minutes in advance, and then drove us up the mountain. Because it was a little rainy when I went there, the entire Laojunshan scenic spot was gloomy. Suddenly, I saw a heart-shaped swimming pool and arrived. When you walk into the room, you only need to make a small sound, and everything will be properly arranged for you. There is also milk and fruit in the evening. The young lady is also very beautiful. In particular, the water in the mountains is very slippery after a good bath, and the mountains and rivers are really good for nourishing people.
