Hotel yang bagus, layanan pribadi. Mereka melihat saya minum kopi, dan meninggalkan dua sachet ekstra bersama dengan catatan Terima Kasih. Sarapan memiliki makanan yang bervariasi.

Secara keseluruhan, tempat yang bagus untuk tinggal di Luoyang. Menginap 3 malam. Sarapan melayani selera Cina, namun memiliki beberapa elemen makanan ***a Barat juga. Staf di meja sangat membantu dan berusaha keras dengan membantu meskipun bahasa Mandarin kami terbatas. Desain kamar mandi perlu dipikirkan kembali karena sulit untuk mandi tanpa membanjiri kamar mandi itu sendiri.

There is no good service from the customer care department. There are five elevator there one is not for this apartment so if you enter in that lift you will be sticked and none of them will come to rescue you even you call them. Also there no board placed in this lift . So when you book this hotel and use elevator careful and select the elevator. The picture below I can access any floor with my card in this lift

Location very near metro so convenient to move around. Not many shops around, more for business stay. Front office staffs are friendly and willing to help. However, room carpet need to change/upgrade, too dated same for bathroom.

Nice hotel with a great location. Subway is just in front of the hotel. Great hospitality with helpful and attentive service staff. Noticed that we liked tea and gave a couple more satchels. The room is clean, the beds are comfortable.

The metro is almost at the entrance to the hotel, a line with a high-speed train station. A 10-minute walk from the park and opposite it a large shopping center with a food court and a supermarket. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed, fresh linens and towels. The common areas and furnishings are a bit dated, but everything is clean and functional. Very spacious room, there is a wardrobe. Breakfast is good, but not very varied.

Fantastic location in the centre of Luoyang - only 10 mins drove from the station and 20 minutes drive from Longmen Grottoes. Close to great restaurants. We booked a city view room and I think we were given a free upgrade to a huge suite with fantastic views. Very clean, well appointed room with a very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. All this for a great price. I would stay here again!!

This hotel is in a great location with easy access to the metro. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful when we had questions about where to go. The overall experience was very good.

Bed and pillows are comfortable for my sleep. Location is very convenient - subway is just below the hotel. Staff is courteous and helpful with my enquiries.

mrt is in front of hotel,behind hotel have sell food..location near cbd..for over all is good

Great hospitality, breakfast and cleanliness overall You could do better if you keep room free of the odd smell of cigarettes and also bedbugs.
