"I advise against booking a discounted room at this hotel, as the front desk staff will look down on you. It was the first time I'd ever felt treated with disrespect by them. Upon check-in, they told me my room was a corner suite, very small, etc. I asked if the hotel was fully booked and if they could try to assign me a better room. They replied, "No, you booked a discounted room..." Fine, fine, but why emphasize this to get rid of me? The room was incredibly far from the elevator. Actually, the size would have been fine for one person, and I wouldn't have been too bothered if the front desk hadn't mentioned it. Then, the front desk offered no service whatsoever; everything was unacceptable. It felt like going to a government office and being bombarded with rules and procedures. The breakfast was terrible. I didn't eat it, and the staff kept asking why I wasn't eating, saying it was unhygienic and there was nothing to eat there."

"The rating must have been brushed up. As soon as I entered the room, the smell of disinfection was overwhelming. There was a scaffolding outside the window, so it was dirty. When I opened the door to let some air in, an inexplicable person came in. Everything in the room was moldy, the scale on the kettle was thicker than the sheets, the shower head in the shower room couldn't be turned off tightly, and it kept dripping on my head, which was annoying. The room has been renovated, but the equipment inside is still old. The towels have been used for many years and are all old, which is very unpleasant. The breakfast was unpalatable and there was little variety."

There's a commercial street nearby, offering many takeout options."
