when arriving they told me (and showed a screenshot) that they refused the trip.com reservation. they asked if i got a refund,which i didnt. half an hour of troubles started. at some point they agreed that I'll ask trip.com support to contact them to figure out the payment,which happened.
next step- police registration. they asked me multiple times to go to the next police station to register me myself there. i showed them proof that this is responsibility of the hotel and not my task.
when finally getting my roomcard they gave me the wrong roomtype (too small). after i got the correct room the frontdesk lady came to my door,trying to get extra payment for it,which i refused.after repeating my point multiple times,i closed the door in front of her.
the hotel is run down, but most stuff works.for a 99 rmb room it's fairly clean, but as non smoker you would be disturbed by the smell.
bed was good,slept well. location is also central,many shops and restaurants around.
when coming again to that place i likely pick another option.
