酒店位置不錯，部分房間可以遠眺剛果河，性價比合適，不提供牙刷牙膏，需要打電話給服務中心才給你送來，服務員會法語的不多。

I often frequent this hotel and I observe the movement, the attitudes and the entire restaurant but I am sorry to conclude that the service is not of quality, I notice that the workers are not happy and not jovial perhaps because the lack of motivation something which must be taken into account, the chairs often have stains this does not correspond to the standard of the hotel given that it is a 5 star hotel, I am really disappointed with all these form of negligence.

I chose this hotel on my first trip to Kinshasa and was pleased with the overall stay. The room was spacious, clean and in good shape. For me, a in-room safe is a must have and I was happy there was one in my room. The floor of my shower stall has hard water stains in some areas but the overall cleanliness was acceptable. The selection at the buffet from breakfast to dinner was solid. The staff was super friendly. I had a problem with my American Express card and they were super helpful in trying to help me resolve it. Shout out to Franck and Nadège at the Front desk! This is a business hotel, so it is always busy in the public/ common areas but the room was quiet and the AC works well.

Me and 26 crew members we are living in Kinplaza since November 2023 , we are really impressed from the Hotel , rooms are extremely clean , service excellent . No even one crew member complains about anything . As you know Airlines looking for top hotels only and this is the right place to stay for couple of months . In addition they have 5 Star Resturant with food from Libanon and international as well especially Chief Abbas is an excellent Profi . I can tell you you can feel like at home in Europe . You have to ask for Abbas and then you can enjoy the prepared food .

Just another hotel who thinks they can be the best in an African country but in the end, their service let's them down. Room service tracker says 30 min but it takes an hour, laundry says same day delivery if in by 10am but, even getting it in at 6:30am does not get it back the same day and service at breakfast is a joke because staff will rather stand around talking to eachother than serving guests. English fluency of staff is also something that can be improved considering the amount of international guests.

The hotel is very well placed in the City of Kinshasa and it’s linked to a small mall. The staff working there was very nice and friendly. The food is good and the amenities were fine as well. I would highly recommend the hotel and a special thanks to Nina at the reception who was extremely helpful.

This hotel is very good but needs to review its hotel room access policy for people who are not staying there. No access control to elevators which themselves are not secure, just enter, push a number and you have access to where you want to go. The staff speaks automatically in the local language with any African person who arrives??? No notion in English which makes the communication very funny, with gestures. Overall very good hotel especially because it have different shops, a pharmacy, a chic restaurant but accessible to the wallet, a croissant shop, jewelry, .......
