No way to buy coffee without cash and would not even allow me to buy a coffee in the morning with my card, unless I purchased the breakfast, very bad customer service !!!

Bon rapport qualité prix. Bonne localisation, proche des commerces et magasins. Lit confortable.

Séjour compliqué. Arrivée tardive annoncée la veille. Je récupère les instructions pour récupérer un badge. Seulement, le terminal de paiement pour payer la taxe de séjour était HS donc impossible de rentrer dans l hôtel. J appelle le numéro d urgence, je dois me rendre dans l hôtel d a côté pour trouver une solution. Celui ci me donne finalement un badge, après paiement de la taxe de séjour . Bref ensuite j ai pu rejoindre ma chambre. Beaucoup de bruit, les portes qui claquent le soir, le. Matin.... compliqué. Le lendemain, le badge ne fonctionnait plus, rebelote revenir à l accueil.....pfffff

不錯的快捷酒店，入住出現了小插曲，交了兩次税，不過攜程直接給我補了一次税，酒店挺乾淨的，隔音也不錯。

A great location for a one-stop on the way to the South of France. The room was clean. Nothing more to say - no coffee in the room. It is a room that is perfect for an overnight stay. Good choice of restaurants within walking distance. Good parking.

I use this Chartres hotel regularly as a stop driving down through France. really helpful staff and clean and comfortable. One point is the doors to the internal fire escape close so heavily that they shake the rooms nearby. The closers should have a dual action , with a damper to close the last few centimeters quietly without compromising the fire performance of the door. Just need a skilled engineer to set these up right. It would guarantee a more peaceful night's sleep.

This is our go to hotel when we are heading back to the U.K. to see family. It is a half way stop over. Always cheap, always clean and within walking distance of a number of good restaurants. It is very popular so would suggest you book beforehand, we didn’t once and arrived only to find it was full .

Plenty of parking and an efficient welcome. The room was small and compact but clean and comfortable. Handy that its right by a large shopping centre too with plenty of food choices. In all, a great one night stopover when travelling.

Good basic hotel that used to be better. This visit we had a non working light and as concierge had gone it was no point in trying to have it fixed. Also, unlike other Premiere Classe, no bath mat was provided so a towel had to be sacrificed to save having a wet slippery floor.

useful location on outskirts of Chartres...good overnight when travelling south and much patronised by white-van men. Have stayed before so we know how good it is. Near a very large e.leclerc for shopping and eating

Perfect place for a cheap no frills stay on the way down through France. Massive Supermarket and plenty of restaurants right on the doorstep. Very helpful staff. Rooms could do with an update, but the location and convenience out ways the decor choice.
