Facilities: The hardware is average. The metal handrails in the hot spring pool in the room are shaky. When I first checked in, the towel rack suddenly fell down and scared me. Fortunately, no one was hit. The room looks quite new, but the toilet is black with many scratches. I don’t understand, but it’s January now. The electric blanket on the bed is very comfortable at level 1. I came here mainly to soak in the hot springs, so I don’t care too much. The hot springs are great! My skin was very dry after traveling all the way from the ******* area. The dead skin couldn’t stop. The whole face was horrible, but after soaking in the hot springs, my skin seemed to come alive. The dead skin fell off with a rub. It was much better than the so-called ** peeling cream. There are still many minerals in the hot spring water, and small pieces of them are visible to the naked eye and precipitated in the pool.
Environment: Very romantic Chinese design, but the toilet should not be designed with the washbasin in the small room, it’s too narrow. Another point is that the soundproofing at the entrance is not very good. On the night of check-in, the three neighbors next door knew each other, and they had a total of 6 children. Then those children kept slamming and knocking doors all night, no less than 40 times in an hour, and then yelled in the public corridor. It was not until 8 o'clock in the evening that they quieted down at almost 12 o'clock in the morning. During this period, the staff went to remind them, but the parents were not well-mannered, and the children could not stop yelling at will.
Service: From the beginning, there were staff carrying luggage into the room, introducing the hotel's services all the way, and there were staff helping us pick up the breakfast and running errands throughout the process. It was so considerate. Later, one day when we didn't have time to have breakfast, the staff also helped us deliver breakfast to the room.

Nice, cozy room with everything you need.
Very friendly and hospitable hosts helped me organize a trip to the mountains, and in the evening they treated me to dinner.

GGuest UserThe most satisfying hotel on the way from West Sichuan, stayed for two nights. The hot water in the bath was very comfortable, the bathroom was very clean and the bed was big. Outside the window of the room is the green mountains and clouds, on the side is the Guanyin Ancient Temple, there is a small parking lot behind, a corn field, sleep very quietly at night, in the morning, there is a rooster crowing to call you up. There is a coffee bar in the lobby, industrial design, very spacious. The boss is very nice and warm and friendly. The only drawback is that WiFi is very bad. It is recommended to upgrade to watch videos in online classes. It is recommended to install a hidden retractable clothesline in the bathroom. There are several hangers in the room. After all, it is more troublesome to dry clothes on the roof.

QQiQQ21The name of the hotel is very poetic. I took my children to drive in western Sichuan during the National Day holiday. Hailuogou was originally a scenic spot as famous as Jiuzhaigou. I wanted to see the actual situation after the earthquake. Driving all the way from Xindongqiao to this B&B halfway up the mountain requires both driving skills and courage. However, the scenery along the way, the wonders along the way, the simplicity and ecology are so suitable for relaxing. The hotel facilities are very high-end and the materials are exquisite. The fragrance of roses is felt as soon as you open the door. The bedding is comfortable. Because I arrived very late that day, I fell into a deep sleep. During the communication with the boss, I feel that it is not easy to run a physical business. I like the boss’s sentiments👍I will definitely stay for a few more days next time I come back to feel and experience the moment of tranquility in the mountains and forests and the shock of the golden mountains under the sun...

CCatherinaWe had a very nice stay at this hotel! We were warmly welcomed, and checkin was very quick. The staff was helpful and respected the fact that my Chinese isn’t fluent (yet ;)), so took their time explaining things to us.
The room was spacious, nicely decorated and verrrry clean! Felt like home :) (if it’s important to you: wifi was very fast).
When we checked in, I told the staff we are vegetarians and the next morning they served us a vegetarian breakfast without having to mention it again. There was also good coffee!
When we checked out and wanted to go to the glacier park, the staff told us we should leave the car at their parking lot for free. Very kind.
We’d definitely come back!

2: The hotel room is quite satisfactory, Chinese-style house design (Figure 2, Figure 3)
3: The service can be rated as five stars, the hotel's young lady is very good, can solve the problem in time
4: Hotel dinner can provide soup pot, dry pot, etc., the price is very high, the fungus soup yak pot, the four people pot is a bit difficult (Figure 4)

GGGMamiIt was my first time to stay in Hailuogou. I arrived late because of the rain. The customer service lady was very considerate. Before I arrived, she already introduced the situation of the B&B and asked me if I had eaten. It was already nine o'clock in the evening when we arrived at the hotel, and the boss was still waiting to receive us at the door. He also thoughtfully called the hotel for us and arranged a comfortable room for us. We left home early in the morning, and the boss got up early and cooked breakfast for us, which was really touching.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel and its unique decoration style. After checking in, I asked the front desk for tips on how to travel along the way. The front desk was also very enthusiastic and I praised the front desk's attitude.
It can be seen that the boss is very particular, the environment is clean, there is a small garden in the yard, the room is also very tidy, the facilities are very new, the room also has a balcony with a wide view, the mattress is super soft, you can fall asleep in a second after lying on it.

This is a very design-conscious homestay. The supporting facilities should be the best in Hailuogou. There are voice intelligent systems and smart toilets in the rooms. They are clean and tidy. Each room is equipped with a private soup. The hot spring water has a strong smell of sulfur. It is undoubtedly a pure natural hot spring. It is very comfortable and refreshing to soak in it. The location of the hotel is very good. You can see the golden mountain in the sun on a sunny day. There is an infinity pool on the fourth floor. What I never expected is that it also uses natural hot springs, which is especially suitable for punching in and taking pictures. It is really worth the fare. The homestay is also equipped with a bar and freshly ground coffee. It is a surprise to be able to drink latte and soak in hot springs in Hailuogou. The breakfast is very rich, the nutrition is balanced, and the food is very affordable. It is cheaper than the small restaurants in the town.
