The room was clean and tidy. I told the lady at the front desk that I wanted to see the snow-capped mountains and she upgraded the room type. I opened the curtains on the floor-to-ceiling windows and could see the snow-capped mountains. The service was also very good. She patiently helped introduce the scenic spots in Hailuogou and also recommended a restaurant. It was cost-effective. It's very high and the breakfast is rich. I'll stay here again next time I come.

The name of the hotel is very poetic. I took my children to drive in western Sichuan during the National Day holiday. Hailuogou was originally a scenic spot as famous as Jiuzhaigou. I wanted to see the actual situation after the earthquake. Driving all the way from Xindongqiao to this B&B halfway up the mountain requires both driving skills and courage. However, the scenery along the way, the wonders along the way, the simplicity and ecology are so suitable for relaxing. The hotel facilities are very high-end and the materials are exquisite. The fragrance of roses is felt as soon as you open the door. The bedding is comfortable. Because I arrived very late that day, I fell into a deep sleep. GGuest UserThe most satisfying hotel on the way from West Sichuan, stayed for two nights. The hot water in the bath was very comfortable, the bathroom was very clean and the bed was big. Outside the window of the room is the green mountains and clouds, on the side is the Guanyin Ancient Temple, there is a small parking lot behind, a corn field, sleep very quietly at night, in the morning, there is a rooster crowing to call you up. There is a coffee bar in the lobby, industrial design, very spacious. The boss is very nice and warm and friendly. The only drawback is that WiFi is very bad. It is recommended to upgrade to watch videos in online classes. It is recommended to install a hidden retractable clothesline in the bathroom. There are several hangers in the room. After all, it is more troublesome to dry clothes on the roof.

CCatherinaWe had a very nice stay at this hotel! We were warmly welcomed, and checkin was very quick. The staff was helpful and respected the fact that my Chinese isn’t fluent (yet ;)), so took their time explaining things to us.
The room was spacious, nicely decorated and verrrry clean! Felt like home :) (if it’s important to you: wifi was very fast).
When we checked in, I told the staff we are vegetarians and the next morning they served us a vegetarian breakfast without having to mention it again. There was also good coffee!
When we checked out and wanted to go to the glacier park, the staff told us we should leave the car at their parking lot for free. Very kind.
We’d definitely come back!

GGGMamiIt was my first time to stay in Hailuogou. I arrived late because of the rain. The customer service lady was very considerate. Before I arrived, she already introduced the situation of the B&B and asked me if I had eaten. It was already nine o'clock in the evening when we arrived at the hotel, and the boss was still waiting to receive us at the door. He also thoughtfully called the hotel for us and arranged a comfortable room for us. We left home early in the morning, and the boss got up early and cooked breakfast for us, which was really touching.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel and its unique decoration style. After checking in, I asked the front desk for tips on how to travel along the way. The front desk was also very enthusiastic and I praised the front desk's attitude.
It can be seen that the boss is very particular, the environment is clean, there is a small garden in the yard, the room is also very tidy, the facilities are very new, the room also has a balcony with a wide view, the mattress is super soft, you can fall asleep in a second after lying on it.
