The hot spring water has a strong smell of sulfur. It is undoubtedly a pure natural hot spring. It is very comfortable and refreshing to soak in it. The location of the hotel is very good. You can see the golden mountain in the sun on a sunny day. There is an infinity pool on the fourth floor. What I never expected is that it also uses natural hot springs, which is especially suitable for punching in and taking pictures. It is really worth the fare. The environment of the B&B is really great, with a huge garden. I borrowed a set of camping tables and chairs from the butler and basked in the sun all afternoon. It was really comfortable. It made me feel relaxed and relieved. I have to say that the experience was really great. If you want to drink Kung Fu tea, just ask the butler to provide tea sets and tea leaves. We had a very nice stay at this hotel! We were warmly welcomed, and checkin was very quick. The staff was helpful and respected the fact that my Chinese isn’t fluent (yet ;)), so took their time explaining things to us.
The room was spacious, nicely decorated and verrrry clean! Felt like home :) (if it’s important to you: wifi was very fast).
When we checked in, I told the staff we are vegetarians and the next morning they served us a vegetarian breakfast without having to mention it again. There was also good coffee!
When we checked out and wanted to go to the glacier park, the staff told us we should leave the car at their parking lot for free. Very kind.
We’d definitely come back!

The room is very big, a little bigger than I imagined, probably around 50 or 60 square meters. The desk, cabinet, sofa, coffee table, chandelier, utensils... every object in the room is exquisite and simple. The facilities inside are comfortable, the bedding is very comfortable, and the bathroom should be a big German brand. The quality of the washing brush is great. I would like to emphasize that the yukata is really comfortable.
The housekeeper here is impressive, simple, warm, polite and hospitable. It was already 2 pm when we came out of Xinduqiao and arrived at Hailuogou. The housekeeper specially prepared a beef mushroom soup pot with local characteristics for us, which was very delicious and tasted very nice.

It was my first time to stay in Hailuogou. I arrived late because of the rain. The customer service lady was very considerate. Before I arrived, she already introduced the situation of the B&B and asked me if I had eaten. The room was clean and tidy. I told the lady at the front desk that I wanted to see the snow-capped mountains and she upgraded the room type. I opened the curtains on the floor-to-ceiling windows and could see the snow-capped mountains. The service was also very good. She patiently helped introduce the scenic spots in Hailuogou and also recommended a restaurant. It was cost-effective. It's very high and the breakfast is rich. I'll stay here again next time I come.
