Nicely appointed rooms,room service is good. Food quality is good. There are few let downs like rooms smell with cigarette smoke. All day long smell is there. Non smoking rooms are not there. Dormitory for driver is pathetic so very difficult if you are travelling with ur driver

Very comfortable stay. Room was neat and tidy. Sheets were clean. Staff was polite and cooperative. Breakfast was also great with a variety of options. In the heart of the city and so easily accessible. Was near my place of work so really convenient. Thank you.

Hotel charged again for the room which was already paid through make my trip. Even after 8 days i am waiting for the refund. Regularly following up from make my trip and hotel but still in vain. Worst experience ever with hotel and make my trip. Will never book this hotel again.

Worst experience, better spend some extra bucks for a good hotel. Never coming back, would suggest to scroll other hotels, don’t even try this place.

I travel alot due to my job profile. Although i stayed once before in this hotel, my experience was not good both times. The staff is not guest friendly, since ac was not working and it took 40 minutes to fix the problem. I called 3 times and personally went to the concierge but nobody was time to listen to the problem. Also face a few more problems, overall it was the worst experience i had to stay with hotel onn. Personally i will not recommend this hotel.

Rooms are too small to adjust 2 peoples in a room. Although a regular customer they never adjust to change the room never listen anything. Only because we are corporate customers.

1. Check out time is 30 minutes 2. Restaurant not available all time due to outside events going on in night, you have to eat in room

Hotel on n is my one of the choices because of their services & ambience. I like top floor where they maintain very well.

Everything is ok but food service is not ok specially for dinner. They have very limited food for dinner.

I stayed here for one night. The hotel is nicely located. The cleanliness of the hotel is worth appreciation. Staff is very guest friendly.
