Very comfortable stay. Room was neat and tidy. Sheets were clean. Staff was polite and cooperative. Breakfast was also great with a variety of options. In the heart of the city and so easily accessible. Was near my place of work so really convenient. Thank you.

The patient listening by the protocol ***ager, front desk people and everyone I needed or desired to talk for even minute help were exactly taking care. Bedding, beds , cleanliness, drinking water bottles everything was available that too in abundance.. Room service of amazing .. Everyone was gently and caring types

On September 26, Sharma and family had booked the hotel for the ring ceremony.ONN Hotel is one of the best hotels in Ludhiana?The decoration of the ring ceremony was done very well . Hotel F& B service is very good. The curse of the hotel is very good. Hotel food is very good.Parking space in the hotel is very good.I would like to once again thank the hotel staff Rajesh Dhi*** and Aastha madam. He ***aged very well.. I would highly recommend this hotel. Staff at front desk and at restaurant is very polite and good. Over all the experience was good in all respects.

Very poor arrangements, beds are small. Staff is not supportive. Very high prices and AC not working. Very suffocated rooms . We experienced two time and both time our trip was spoiled by their ***agement. This so terrible that they even don’t check the room and when asked for help no proper steps have been taken. Charges are 4500 and quality is of 500.

Place is very centrally located Nice hotel with all the basic facilities Check in and checkout were super smooth Rooms and bathrooms are well maintained, very clean and hugenic Food is very good, we had both veg and non veg. They do only inroom dining and personally i dont like it, so requested for a place to have dinner, they organised the dinner in the lobby It also has a cute small swimming pool on the too floor Very budget friendly place Highly recommended

Located in the heart of the city. Neat, clean and tidy room, well equipped, newly renovated with amenities that match the price. Spacious enough for a family to stay. excellent and courteous staff, ever smiling and willing to help. Decent spread of breakfast. Rooftop restaurant is very good. Highly recommended.

Staff at front desk and at restaurant is very polite and good. Food is very good and healthy. Mr. Inderjeet Singh is our POC and he provide solution of my request at priority. I am very satisfied with my stay and staying in Hotel ONN every time when visiting Ludhiana. Rooms are centrally airconditioned and have refrigerator.
