Ulasan Holiday Inn Lucknow Airport

I've stayed a few times here and had very comfortable stays. On this occasion, the hotel was hosting an event, and very loud music was played until 3am. I asked the duty manager to ask them to stop the music, but they refused to do anything about the disturbance. Many people were complaining, but the hotel staff were unable to take a firm stance and turn the music off. I had a flight the following morning at 8am and it impacted my work the next day. Very disappointing handling of the situation by the duty manager.

Near functional hotel right next to the airport. Rooms are decent. Front office staff is quite lost and confused. Coordination between them and Food and Beverage team is also jinxed. Basically go, check in, don't ask for anything and don't talk to anyone, as anyway they don't listen, and all will be great. The junior team is very courteous and warm.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Lucknow, and while it has a promising location near the airport, unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The hotel is well-built, but the lack of cleanliness and hospitality makes it far from a pleasant stay. We checked in around 10:30 PM and were initially assigned rooms that were far from up to standard. To our surprise, they were on a smoking floor, which we didn’t request. After raising the issue, they did move us to another floor, but the new room wasn’t much better. The cleanliness was subpar – there were food crumbs, residue on the table, and leftover trash on the floor, including pom poms, lentils, and clothing tags from previous guests. The blankets were visibly dirty as well. Despite the disappointing room conditions, I’ll give credit to the fact that the hotel is freshly built, and the location is convenient for those traveling to or from the airport. The breakfast spread was also quite good, which is a redeeming factor. However, the overall experience was disappointing, especially from a brand like IHG. It’s hard to consider this hotel as part of the IHG family when it fails to meet basic cleanliness standards. I strongly feel that the hotel needs a proper audit and closer inspection from headquarters to ensure better management and guest satisfaction. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here unless improvements are made.

This is the only one hotel that I use to stay in Kanpur. So far so good, beside the bed too soft for me.

I just loved the environment and calmness over there. This property is one of the finest in whole Lucknow. Ambience, rooms, pool area and dining hall everything is so mesmerising. Overall a good hotel to visit.

Nice hotel

Very close to the airport and very good The hotel rooms are well-cleaned and well-equipped with amenities. The price is a little high, but I think it's well worth the stay.

Service is perfect hotel stay is perfect and the main things are cleaning service is very good Name - Narayan Floor exqutive and Malikkha singh and dinner and breakfast is very very tasty need to improve front desk services front desk girls name is Nanina her attitude is very casual need to improve it

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Hosyari and Shudhansu for their wonderful services. It was truly a pleasure spending quality time with my family at the restaurant. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making our visit even more special.

The location of the hotel which is just 3-5 minutes away from the airport that makes me vote for this hotel. Apart from that Lucknow hospitality is always awesome. This time I got chance to meet some staff members of the hitel of whom I must give reference. The first person I met was ANURANJAN from Bihar(laundry section). I found him very Humble, Polite & Accommodating. From IRD Chef TANMAY for his delicious treat. And also knowledge of what food is best at what time. From IRD again ANKIT CHOUHAN very soft spoken and down to earth boy. Last but not the least a girl from West Bengal Ms. Chandrima( Restaurant)with pleasant personality. She was ready to help all the time. Very well mannered, hardworking & nicely trained by her business school for her profession. I wish all of them very best of luck & looking forward for another stay in the hotel.

Everything was nice, the room, ambience, services, location, very close to the airport! Food was really good, specially the chaat! Hoshiyari at "all day dining" made our day with her thoughtfulness 😊 I recommend this hotel whole heartedly!

Enjoyed the buffet at Viva -All day Dining. The chaat was very nice and exceptionally well made. Chef Kuldeep was very nice and took personal care to look into the food. The buffet spread is fine. The dessert section had a nice selection of local as well as other desserts.
