Great hotel with a good location across from the river. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The hotel is in the quiet part of the historical city. Breakfast was good and included with the price. Will definitely book again.

The Villa ist situated in the first row next to the Nam Khan River in very picturesque setting. It is just a five minutes walk from about half a dozen of temples and about 15 minutes walk to the night market or morning market. The room was clean and spacious, the breakfast good and fresh. The fridge and air-conditioning worked fine and there were amenities in the bathroom to use. The staff was always nice and willing to help. I really enjoyed my stay here.

The place is well maintained and the cleanliness is impeccable. You are to remove your shoes when entering the premise and you can tell the place is spotless. Amazing view from the shared patio. Host is friendly and helpful. Walking distance to everywhere. Lots of eateries and night market is just three blocks away. Breakfast is simple but for the price, it is definitely satisfactory. Will definitely recommend to those who are visiting Luang Prabang.

Quite area of the historical part of the town on the riverside. Very good budget option however the cleanliness is not the greatest. For one night is very good option

-The front desk staff is very friendly. -It is located on the Mekong River side, so it is quiet and good for walking. -The breakfast is delicious. -It is an old building, so the soundproofing is not very good.

This hotel is run by a Vietnamese couple. They will give you advice on all kinds of travel needs.

The owner and staff were very friendly and I was very happy. The service was excellent and the location was great. The beds were neatly made and the towels were cute with heart shapes. I'd like to use this place again when I come to Luang Prabang!

Very good prices and service from the male staff in charge. Even though he speaks English, I can speak enough to understand a bit. Take care very well.

Clean, comfortable (slightly hard bed and pillow but normal for Asia) and spacious room. Had a fridge and TV and the lounge area outside the room on the terrace was nice. The star of the hotel is the biggest smiles and welcoming nature of the staff. So wonderful to see him everyday! Easy to walk to all spots within Luang Prabang too.

When we arrived, the manager asked us to pay in advance without having seen the room. We refused and then understood why: it is not a room but a cellar! After trying to find a solution, we asked to shorten our stay but the manager refused. He came knocking at our door at 11 p.m. to check that we hadn't left. The hotel manager harassed us on whatsapp until midnight to cancel our reservation so that we couldn't leave comments on booking . The room is barely worth one star: small (double bed pushed against the wall on one side), very dated bathroom without shower (just a shower head next to the toilet). The false windows face a wall 5cm away. There are vents at the top of the walls so you can hear the noise from the neighbors behind, the air conditioning in the other rooms, the neighbors in the room above and everything that happens in the entrance to the hotel as well as the dining room. breakfast. The manager did not accept any other proposal: give us another room (and yet there were some available on booking), modify our reservation to stay only one night, lower the price of the room which was expensive for Laos (46€). And what's more, once the reservation was canceled he immediately deleted all his messages on WhatsApp so as not to leave any trace. The next day the manager made us pay for the night without any reduction and without even removing the booking commission which he did not pay since he forced us to cancel the reservation.
