Lovely accommodation all facilities, clean loads of room ,lots of hot water ,great shower,massive bathroom towels Great breakfast Lovely host and I just wish we could have stayed longer There wetev4 adults and two of us were competing on the Speyside Stages Rally based in Elgin

Cosy little B&B with stunning views. Small but comfy room that came with an additional lounge we could sit and relax. Ishbel has been a very kind and helpful host Great breakfast. Easy walk into town centre.

Ishbel the host was very friendly and helpful. Lovely location with great sea views. Breakfast was fabulous with plenty of choice. Stayed for 3 nights, would highly recommend it. Room was spacious and clean. Would be happy to stay here again.

Excellent breakfast, lovely host. King room was small but the host graciously included private use of the small lounge for luggage and seating. Great location for visiting Speyside and the Moray coast.

My wife and I booked a double room with sea view at the Norland B&B for six nights whilst visiting our family at RAF Lossiemouth. Our hostess Ishbel was fantastic from the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect. Our room felt very spacious and was immaculately presented, it had all the facilities we needed for the duration of our stay and the sea view was out of this world. This was topped off by a delicious hearty breakfast made to order every morning (both continental & cooked). I would highly recommend the Norland B&B, 10/10 in every respect 💙

I can honestly say staying at Norland B&B, was one of the best experiences ever. My husband and I and the 2 dogs enjoyed the hospitality of Ishbel and her staff was 2nd to none. I wish there was a 5+ rating , because that is what I put. She is knowledgeable about the area, also full of information, and when she found out we both loved Haggis she ensured we had it every day. We loved her attention to detail and it was more like staying in a friends house, than boarding there. Really hope we get to visit again.

Professional, polite host. Beautiful Scots Villa, cosy comfortable room, spotlessly clean. Quiet area.Seaview of the Moray Firth. Excellent hospitality of the local people of Lossiemouth also. Recommend highly.

Very welcoming. I had a large double room with a sea view. The king sized bed was really comfortable, and the shower was hot! It's quiet here, though you may wake to the sound of seagulls. Good range of food for breakfast - toast, cereal, yoghurt, fresh fruit , and hot food cooked to order, including eggs, bacon, sausage, tomatoes, mushrooms, and black pudding. Enough to keep you going all day. I would definitely recommend.
