Moses tequila tasting was incredible. Mia was our concierge. Ask for her! Of all of the places I have been to in the world, this is definitely my favorite. The views are excellent, the food is fantastic, the staff is usually amazing. Very rarely we have not had exceptional service but most of the time is incredible. I recommend this place.

Moses did an excellent job of educating all the participants and it was fun doing the tasting and such an incredible environment. The environment and view was a ten out of ten 10 and the experience might’ve been an 11. Well done Moses!!!!!!!!

Loved the tequila tasting with Moises! I learned so much! Very knowledgeable and professional. The tequilas we tried were delicious and we learned so much about the process of making tequila. We also had a great view of the ocean during our tasting.

We had the all inclusive package it was worth it. The food was good. The staff was super helpful and nice! The pools and bars were wonderful. Have nothing bad to say about this place, except we did not get to meet our butler. But we didn't need him.

My wife and I decided to stay here after a week with a group at another resort to unwind. We were at Vista 5 Days. We were blown away with how gorgeous the resort, rooms and views were! It seems like a large building, but in reality there are not that many rooms. We mostly spent our days at the 7th floor pool. No need to get up early to get a spot, most people started coming out between 10 and 11. Pool is heated, which was a plus, and has amazing views! Hanging in the pool looking for whales in the distance was great fun! Service at the pool was top notch. Miguel took care of us most days and he was always there when we needed him nd brought drinks and food promptly, checking back with us if we needed anything else. We did the Premium all inclusive for 4 days. Not sure the difference between premium and regular AI so I am not sure it was worth it to get premium. We are not AI people, but really just wanted to relax for 4 days, so we did it. Mestizo, the restaurant on top of Vista was our favorite by far. Excellent breakfasts and both dinners we ate there were very good, better than I expected. We ate at Barolo, Italian, the food was very tasty, but service was just OK, it was crowded as it seems everyone arrives at the same time. At 7:00 it is full, by 8:00 pretty much empty. So a big rush to deal with. Wine by the glass here was not good, so we ended up paying quite a bit for bottle. Again, not sure what premium AI gets you when they serve the same terrible wine by the glass to everyone. Food made up for the crowd! Extremely good! Also ate at the steakhouse, Riscos. Not good. Same deal with the wine. Ended up buying a bottle. Had the same gentleman help us with wine at Barolo and Riscos. Very nice gentleman and helped us get our orders in and move the service along. Really seemed interested in making sure we had a great time. Drinks by the pool were great as was the food we ordered! You have to sign a bill every time you eat, or every few hours at the pool, so we saw the price we would have paid without AI, and the prices were steep. 2 people for brunch on Sunday would have been $88. Entrees at the restaurant are very overpriced if you are not on AI. I assume that is to encourage people to do AI. At Vista you have access to all pools and restaurants. They said the pool at Vista was only for Vista residences. We did not make use of the Kitchen in our 1 Bedroom, but it was well stocked if you were making your own meals! Would have been nice if they refilled the Nespresso pods every day. They were never refilled. They did restock beer, coke, water and apple juice. Service was great throughout the stay from check in to check out. Super friendly and happy to help make your stay great! My wife did not want to leave, so I know we will be back soon!

For this trip We stayed at Vista Encantada. The perfect place to celebrate a wedding anniversary. Beautiful place beautiful views amazing suite. Best of all the service. Staff is always attentive and helpful. Special thanks to Elder In front desk he was our butlerand he absolutely made our stay worry free. He is personable, kind and really truly a gem. We got the all inclusive package. In my opinion well worth it as we didn’t want to venture off the property and also don’t want to worry about cooking and cleaning for the 5 days we were going to stay, but with many options on site we didn’t feel constrained in our choices. The all inclusive came with access to the spa facilities (not treatments) I absolutely LOVED The spa ‍♀️ All the stuff is top notch and I’m happy to say the services as well very much on par of what I would get at home (Houston TX). Special thanks to Letty in the spa who during my already exceptional time in the Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and meditation pool treated me like royalty. She made sure I didn’t overdo my time in the steam and sauna, kept me hydrated with cucumber orange infused water, dried my bathing suit and cherry on the top: she made a cucumber mask for my eyes for me during my Sauna time. Not my first rodeo in a spa, been around several places at home and abroad The Milagro Spa and their staff are without a doubt top notch Can’t leave the Mestizo out, 1st class restaurant , breakfast chef very attentive and easy to work with to get you what you want same with the waiters, Julio hope you’re there when we go back. He was barely 2 weeks in his job when we stayed but seemed to have it well under control. We will definitely go back and recommend to our friends.
