I loved this hotel! The roof top restaurant overlooking the Hollywood Hills is breathtaking. The decor is super chic and boutique hotel vibes. There is a record store across the street for random shopping and a Trader Joe’s walking distance to grab snacks. It was close to other places in L.A. via Uber or Lyft.

Reception was great. Room was great. Housekeeping left a lot desired.

Great customer service, 24 hour security around the property, a lot of in room amenities (room service, in room dining options, balcony, mini bar), centrally located to a lot of attractions.

Clean with nice people who work there. They're helpful. The vibe didn't match mine... It's pretty Crypto-Bro and nightclubby. The bathrooms in the room are weird to me, the shower was open to the room, and the door to the toilet doesn't close all the way so it kind of felt like a public washroom. Not very private.

Very noisy and loud music. Housekeeper forgets to put towels in the room. Valet car is $60 over night there is no safe parking lot nearby. Not children friendly.

This isn't a family friendly hotel. Smell of **** is everywhere. More of a party hotel with the night clubs located just next door. Small room sizes especially for a family. Views aren't great. Staff however, was very friendly and helpful.

I loved the friendliness from the staff, however they need to get better mattresses for the rooms and also fix the valet issues. It was also hard to get a simple bathrobe to our room.

Property was upscale and modern. Housekeeping was top notch . We had a very positive experience.

Nothing negative to say.

This is the best hotel in my vacation. Fair price come with excellent service and nice room.
