This property was so beautiful. The whole staff was attentive and nice.

The hotel & the room were cute, staffs are super friendly and helpful. I stayed in the biggest room which I liked. Just note that the door of both the shower room and the toilets are pretty see-through; also a bit of lack of storage; there’s an outdoor pool but no gym. Food is great at the restaurant in the lobby as well as the servers, but it takes a long time for the food to come out. Not sure it was just that specific day, but my partner and I ordered 2 breakfast meals and i literally waited for a bit more than 30 minutes. Overall, it’s an ok hotel for the price.

I stayed at the Hoxton for business for 5 days, it’s sophisticated and relaxed. Has character and charm. Staff is incredible mindful with customer service. 10/10 recommend and I will stay with Hoxton in the future.

Downtown LA is full of older buildings, but Hoxton has updated the space beautifully. The rooms are small but contain everything you need to enjoy your stay. The staff was exceptional - kind, helpful, and cheery. You can't avoid all noise in older buildings, but I was delightfully surprised by how quiet the hotel was. As a single traveler for work, I would stay here again.

I wouldn't recommend staying at this property. While the front desk staff service was exceptional (especially Ryan!) the property itself is just too problematic. The rooms are unreasonably small considering the area of town isn't the most desirable (you are right on the border of skid-row here). The problems we had in our room: lightbulbs burned out, a leaking shower (it leaked through the shower door into the room and soaked one of our suitcases), the radio alarm went off full volume at midnight and we had to unplug it to get it to turn off (our neighbor's also went off and continued to be loud for a long time as maybe the room was unoccupied) this really disturbed our sleep as we were already very jetlagged, the parking fee is very high with valet really they only safe option, the TV did not work either of the nights we were there, we left the room on our first day at 6am (jetlag) and didn't return until 6pm when we needed to quickly shower and get ready for dinner only to find that housekeeping had JUST started cleaning our room...this really disrupted our evening and made us late for our dinner (the front desk was apologetic and offered us a complimentary drink while we waited, but this issue combined with all of the others was just the final straw), the hotel rooms are also extremely loud the walls are very very thin and you can hear conversations in the hall way and surrounding rooms in addition to footsteps street noise etc. I wouldn't stay here again.

Loved my entire experience. Valet parking customer service was top of the line.

Great location with conveniences like restaurants and coffee/bakery shop onsite. Room is a good size and was happy it included a spacious mini fridge to store yogurts for the kiddo.

Hotel incrível. Otima localização, perto do estadio do Lakers. Atendimento impecável. O café da manhã oferecido, apesar de ser cobrado separadamente, é muito gostoso.

Friendly staff all around, stylish and comfortable digs. Will definitely be back. $55/night +tax for valet is outrageously expensive. They also don’t have car chargers. Those are my only complaints.

The Hoxton is our go to in DTLA. It's easy to get to places. The rooms are super clean and well appointed. Love the atmosphere of the hotel. The food in every restaurant is perfect. We love it here!
