Given a very warm welcome the room was lovely with a balcony and table and chairs to look out on a beautiful view of Looe harbour. The breakfast was incredible fantastic choice and the home made granola with mango purée and Greek yogurt amazing given great recommendations where to eat . Great family run place they work hard and it felt so unique.

Lovely B and B with an amazing view, friendly hosts and a delicious breakfast. We stayed in the Fowey room which had a large balcony with seating, a table and a sun lounger. Honesty bar and comfortable area for drinks, great family owned business. Thank you.

We fell in love with Looe after watching Beyond Paradise. We were so excited when we realised that The WaterMark featured in series 2 episode 6. ‘WaterMark Hotel you did not disappoint, Natasha and Nigel you were so accommodating, welcoming and lovely. The breakfast was delicious and very well organised with plenty to choose from.’ We stayed in the Helford room which was delightful and cosy, we will never forget the beautiful panoramic views from our balcony and breakfast area of the estuary, bay and old town absolutely stunning. We enjoyed the coastal walk to Polperri, which was challenging. There were two lovely cafes 3 miles in, which were much needed. The walk was roughly 6 miles, but was so worth it, Polperri was beautiful, we had a lovely lunch in the Three Pilchards. We got the much needed bus back to Looe. We enjoyed The walks, Eden Project and meals at the Jolly Sailor, Smugglers Cott and all of the pubs which were so quaint and quirky. The old town is simple beautiful. We highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent stay thank you! Amazing views, great rooms and wonderful hosts. Great location only a 10 minute walk from the town or 5 minutes from stunning rocky coastline. Superb breakfasts, served overlooking the bay. Would not hesitate to book again 😀☀️

The Best in Looe you will not go wrong here fantastic rooms with the best views. The owners are amazing people so helpful in all ways. Great all round. We are planning to return next year for a week. Give it a try you won’t regret it. It’s got parking at the rear which is great in Looe as not a lot of places has.

Perfect hosts were only too happy to care to all of our needs. Perfect location. What a view and only a short walk to everything we wanted to do. Not too close to all the hustle and bustle of the town. The breakfast was a real treat. Just what is needed to start the day. And the weather was kind.

Fantastic value for money! Amazing views from both the Bedroom and the Dining Room and even better this year, with the addition of the glass ballustrading. The owners are lovely people and nothing is too much trouble for them. The breakfast menu offers such a choice and the breakfasts are absolutely first class. This is a fantastic place to stay. Highly recommended.

The photos don’t do this accommodation enough justice. The rooms are beautifully & tastefully decorated and every comfort is thought of. Warm & cosy room and the bed in our room (Tamar) was like sleeping on a cloud. Wish we had more than 3 nights! The glass and steel balcony is fabulous, giving uninterrupted views of the sea, East Looe and Banjo Pier. Breakfast is very varied, beautifully cooked by Natasha and tastes delicious. There were lovely touches like biscuits on the hospitality tray and chocolate mints on the pillow each night. The hosts are very accommodating, knowledgable and super friendly. The walk down to East Looe takes about 10 minutes so you’re within easy reach of the town but it’s a peaceful location away from the bustle of the town. A huge plus is the free parking at the top of the hotel. Would highly recommend the Watermark to any age group.

Currently staying here. Has to be the perfect hotel in the area. Gorgeous views from our very comfortable room with balcony. Superb breakfast and hosts Tashy and Richard go above and beyond expectations. I fully recommend this hotel if you are seeking accommodation in this area.
