I've stayed at the Radisson Blu Grafton Hotel about three times, and their service has never disappointed me. As always, it has a great location, close to everywhere, especially Euston Station. For my next trip, I will definitely consider the Radisson Blu as one of my options!

We are guests whose handbags were stolen in hotel restaurant on June 22nd, we found that there is indeed a big problem with security, anyone can enter at will at the lobby and restaurant entrance. When the theft occurred that day, the thief entered the restaurant without registering and kept changing seats, but the hotel staff did not notice this at all, so the theft occurred. As a 4 star hotel, the security management is really disappointing. After the theft incident, because we still had to live in the house for a while, we were all worried about our safety and whether someone would suddenly break into the room. And the hotel didn't even send us any greetings, which is really disappointing. In fact, this hotel bears a lot of responsibility for this incident, but the hotel failed to provide any care, condolences, and help to customers in a timely manner. Furthermore, we found 2 belts were left in the cloakroom at hotel room and send the email to them for checking, but up to now, the hotel was not given us any reply.

Overall, I am satisfied with the stay. There is a convenient store and many restaurants nearby. Moreover, the rail station is right next to the hotel. It just spends 15 minutes walk to British Museum and 20 minutes walk to Soho. There is a bathtub in the bathroom but the shower head is fix. It is not quite convenient for me. Other than that, the stay is good. I highly recommend.

Excellent location and the hotel reception service is good and friendly. The hotel is just 2 min walk when come out from Warren Street tube station.

I was unable to stay at this location due to airline issues flying from Italy to London. When I called to explain this they stated it would be ok to check in after the designated time if I made it. Unfortunately my entire trip was canceled after more delays and unable to fly in the next day to to high prices. What’s disheartening about this I understand policies and I tried to explain the inconvenience but because they dates had passed by a few hours I was not able to receive even a partial refund or credit. In fact they lied on me stating that I checked in 1am the next day and check out at 12pm on check out. I will not be booking a stay at this location again and have told friends about the hotel as well.

The room was tiny. Very difficult to use the bathroom because it was so small. Bog standard basic. Location great though.

Friendly staff and nice reception, bar and restaurant. Public spaces are spacious and relaxing. We were allocated a standard double which was a long walk over a bridge and up stairs so be mindful of this if you have difficulty walking. Room was small but had everything we needed. Bathroom was spacious but the extract did not work so needed time to de-mist the mirror. Shaving mirror was too far from washbasin to make it useful. Pleasant stay and well located.

This hotel is located in wonderful location ,just next to the warrant street station . The room for two is very proper and the staff is extremely friendly to guests . I strongly recommend this hotel to those families traveling with kids .

The location of the hotel is good and convenient to travel. The room is small but full of facilities. Breakfast is available. A hotel with good comprehensive cost performance ！And some recommendations from Anika，Thanks！

Excellent hotel. Very convenient location, just besides Warren Station and bus station. 5 min walk to Euston Station and perfect for travellers to northern England. Staff are helpful. Rooms are neat and tidy.
