Great location and superb value for money. Rooms and bathroom a bit small but overall a good experience.

Hotel location is excellent. Lots of shops, restaurants and Paddington station only steps away. Hotel is older property, and it shows...entire place is kind of run down. Rooms are small, but adequate. Wifi is unstable. I was only at the hotel for one overnight stay and the wifi went down multiple times and/or the speed was so slow I had trouble accessing websites. Interestingly enough they tout it as being superfast internet...which it definitely was not during my stay. Service/staff was fine. All the employees I encountered were friendly and helpful. Upon check in, I was offered (and accepted) an upgrade to a larger room for only £12, however that room was pretty small, so I can't imagine how much smaller the original room I booked was. Overall, it was a quick and pleasant stay. I would hesitate to book again just due to the Internet issues, but if that isn't as important to someone else, then I would recommend staying here to other guests.

ハイドパーク近くで立地は最高です。清掃も毎日入り快適でした。部屋の広さは1人では十分ですが2人だと狭いかも知れません。

房價每天約100磅,箱子要放床上才夠位打開,椅子沒有靠背,必需將椅子推入枱底才能開廁所門,洗手盆小又汚糟,只有一個天花射燈,空調都是塵又不制暖,晚上要穿羽絨外套勉強睡了2小時,隔音差脚步聲循環不断,冲涼就不用想,住了一晚像難民一樣逃離,第二晚房租都不要。最低分只有1 ,如果可以給0我一定給0 。
