Clean throughout. Looks newly renovated. Complimentary airport transfer. Ensure you book early for the transfer. There is a Chinese Restaurant nearby. Overall very happy with the stay.

Hotel is clean. The front desk staffs are very friendly. They provide the airport pick up and drop off service.

Perfect hotel for sleeping next to the airport, brand new hotel, attentive and friendly staff, also a good breakfast. We used the pick-up service by contacting reception via WeChat at 3:00 AM, and within 15 minutes, the driver was waiting for us at the terminal. We also used it the following morning for back to the airplrt. Recommended!

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The room was extremely clean and neat. The heated toilet seat was a nice touch, and the lighting was very high-tech. The breakfast buffet was excellent and suited Asian tastes. I highly recommend it.

Cozy SMART hotel , lovely hotel interior design which very attractive with “orange” theme inspiration . Variety choices of breakfast ( Chinese style) especially the eggs tart was Fabulous ! , like the restaurant interior much very charming . Just the room was slight small as 3 of us (family room type) and the sound proof is not ok due to flight fly passing and sound from construction opposite the building every morning . Please close the window as the window bar a lot of dusty due to construction.

The front desk is very helpful upon arrival for the pickup services. The cleanliness is good with a cozy ambiance. The room design, amenities, wifi, bed, are good. The breakfast has a wide variety. I feel the standard is beyond my expectation and better than 3-star or even some 4-star hotels in the city.

Near the airport, unable to use pick-up services as we dont have Chinese phone number. Drop off services will be fixed time

After added to hotel wechat, no action to accept wechat's friend even after reminded the counter staff unable to call through we hat. So unable to call hotel from terminal to request transport. Very disappointed.

Being from USA I now learned to not stay at airport hotels in China. International Airports in China are in rural areas. The plane landing noise can be heard from your room and is loud. I did not sleep much at night. Best to go straight to the city center after arrival or stay in city to travel to airport instead. The breakfast buffet was terrible, worst than it was 25 years ago when China barely started tourism industry. Probably better to call Didi to take you to the airport. They only run once an hour. It is a rural man driving a beat up old small bus. It is kind of embarrassing for a hotel shuttle to the International airport from a mid range Chinese hotel chain.

Nice and comfy, near airport

Wonderful hotel. The staff are friendly. There’s free shuttle bus to travel and from the airport. To go to the airport you shall make a reservation first through the receptionist. To go to the hotel from the airport, you have to contact their provided number first, and you may need to buy a SIM card for that as a foreigner. Otherwise just book through didi, but it’s not free

Fully recommended. Superb! Good bed & pillow. So comfortable. Free bus to Airport. Will repeat in future.

Free shuttle from/to airport is a plus. Remember to purchase Mainland Phone number. Otherwise, using wechat contact with front desk will be murmur by the driver although you already follow frontdesk instruction and wait outside the gate more than 10min and response immediately once received the message from front desk. The Hotel is bright, clean and spacious for 2 person. Suitable for those who arrived late / depart early morning. The breakfast is good.
