The location of the hotel is right next to The Hyde Park literally 5 mins to the entrance of the park.
We travel with family and the room is big enough and cozy for 4 people. The reception is open 24/7 with is fab. In the room, the tall window is my fav! When the weather is good, I feel likes I’m in Spain.
Overall, very comfortable and calm.

Horrific stay, the headboards were alive with thousands of bed bugs and eggs my friend was eaten alive. Changed rooms however, the original bug infested room was let out again the same day despite not being fumigated. The reception staff did not seem shocked or surprised when we showed them video footage of the bed bugs. We were attending the Kylie concert and lost half a day, changing rooms (which was a downgrade on the original booking) and buying new pjs. We have sent numerous emails and not had one reply despite being discreet regarding the bugs when reporting the issue. Weekend was ruined due to the stress and also the subsequent days after when the bites showed up. I could go on but the attached photographs speak for themselves.

We recently stayed at the MSK Premium Aparthotel and had a fantastic experience. We were very well received at reception by Yahia. He was very welcoming and available The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and cozy, making it an ideal choice for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent, situated at the beginning of a street that leads to Hyde Park, providing easy access to one of London's most beautiful green spaces. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently close to numerous restaurants, offering a variety of dining options within walking distance. Whether you're looking to explore Hyde Park, enjoy local cuisine, or simply unwind in a well-maintained and inviting setting, MSK Premium Aparthotel is a superb choice. Highly recommended for both short and extended stays.

This is more a 2 star hostel. Pros: Location Shops near by Hyde Park Cons: Very noisy No coffee facilities Brick beds Dusty and other people hair in the bed Shower glass filthy Bin in bathroom not empty Toilet wasn’t cleaned after who ever used it Not worth £120. £60 at best

Booked MSK Premium 14 months in advance for a popular date. A few weeks before I was due to check in I received a message saying the rate I booked contained an 'obvious mistake' and if I wanted to keep my booking I needed to pay the 'correct rate' - 6 times the original rate! When I replied to the message, I didn't receive any help or further information - just an automated message saying that they cancelled my booking. The original rate I paid was in line with typical rates for hotels in the Bayswater area of London.

we are currently staying at MSK in London. Firstly - if you are unable to walk up stairs, or have heavy luggage - please contact hotel management and try and arrange for a ground floor room before committing to your booking. I would recommend MSK for disabled people. We had to carry our heavy luggage up 4 flights of stairs, but we managed and the reward was a quiet room. Our room has a small kitchenette with a 2 burner electric stove, a microwave, fridge and sink - adequate for breakfast and cooking basic foods like baked beans, sausages and eggs - but not a Christmas roast... The room is clean and small, but adequate for the 4 of us. Staff are friendly and will store your bags for you if you arrive before check in. There is also a washing machine and clothes dryer for guests to use, but bring your own washing detergent. MSK premium is in a great central location of London, 150m or 5 mins walk from Edgeware Road Station.

The location is good as 2 tube lines are easily accessible. As the property does not have a lift, just be prepared to Climb the steep stairs with luggage. My only grouse was the size of the toilet. It's about 1.2mx1.2m at a curvature and you can't actually brush teeth etc in it.

Stayed in MSK Elite for a single night while sightseeing in London. For a family of x5 we got a very good deal pricewise for central London. Room with x5 beds, small kitchenette and bathroom was basic but all we needed on a budget. Very clean. Kettle, toaster and cutlery all supplied....tea and coffee also. Location absolutely superb......beside Hyde Park and 2 minute walk from Bayswater and Queensway tube stations. Lots of eateries and convenience stores on the adjacent street. Felt safe in this area also. Arrived early and able to check in no problem. Left bags for a few hours after checkout before departing for hime. Staff professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend.
