- Clean and very close to railway - Staff are polite - Good choice

Very clean and functional hotel. Perfect for our needs. Downside are lots of steps, no bar/restaurant. Rooms were minimal but just what we needed.

Perfect, I stayed here alone for 2 days and it’s a really nice place, no elevator but if your luggage isn’t too heavy it should be fine :) The room was clean but there were still some stain like toothpaste on the bathroom door and other stains but it’s not really disturbing… The free breakfast is nice and changes everyday. I highly recommend this place, the lady at the reception was also really lovely :)

Excellent location and friendly staff

三層的小旅館，沒有電梯，隔音不好。服務枱在一樓，有問必答，服務還不錯。看我有一個大行李箱，主動幫我搬到了三樓。當然，我也給了足夠的小費。衞生尚可。房間裏面比較乾淨，設施齊全。總體還行。

Chambre un peu petite, mais le personnel était adorable et l’hôtel très bien situé.

不错 接待的小姐姐很nice，性價比很高，來看演唱會住很合適，地理位置也很方便，周邊都是餐廳，贊贊贊贊贊！

On arrival to the hotel, Aranit was extremely helpful and very friendly. The hotel and hotel room are very clean and the beds are comfy! The location is also great, not far from the tube station with lots going on nearby. Would definitely recommend.

The staff is kind and understanding, the breakfast is complete, the rooms are comfortable and warm and the location, near the Piccadilly line, extremely convenient. The price/quality ratio, for London standards especially, is very good.

Great location and attentive staff, Aranit in particular. Exceptionally clean with tasteful new decor. Very calming after a stressful arrival day in London. Bonus is near underground with lift which goes straight to Heathrow. We would stay here again!

Aranit at the reception was extremely kind and organised and helpful. The room is clean and very pleasant. The location is extremely convenient - close to Hammersmith underground station and plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. I'll definitely come back if I need to stay in London again

The hotel has a good location close to underground stations, shops, pubs and restaurants. The breakfast was brought to my room at my requested time. All the staff is very nice, Jalal did my checking in and he was top. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Thank you for this experience and I will visit again !

Really friendly Mr Naeem at the counter when we checked in. Parking is somehow difficult, but this is common for London. Room has air-condition a big TV and is quiet because of good windows. The breakfast is delivered in boxes to the room and therefore not really fitted for someone with allergies.
