Thank you for the services offered to me and my husband. And thanks to the staffs, who understood our situation and let us have a late check out. Love the area as it is quiet and peaceful. Accesible to train and bus stations.

Tiny room, incredibly noisey because of building work on the hotel & workmen right outside the window first thing in the morning. Toilet in the room. Definitely wouldnt stay there again.

What made Caesar Hotel special was the staff at breakfast time. They are excellent, especially Velencio.

Very awesome stay. Near 4 stations and Hyde park. Good to take a walk.

I came here on a business trip, but I think I stayed in the best facilities. Although it was a bit far from Paddington Station and nearby restaurants, the room condition and staff service were excellent.

Near Paddington station, less than ten minutes walk. Clean and tidy, I personally like it better and stayed for 4 consecutive nights.

The room is compact with twin beds, and the sanitation is very clean. The quilt and pillows are washed and dried very well. The surrounding environment is elegant and comfortable, and there are no dead ends in the block. Hyde Park is very close.

Great environment, great location

I love this environment so much, the cherry blossoms outside the window are beautiful. The staff are very friendly. MICHAEL who checked in on the first day was handsome and enthusiastic. The beauties on the last day were also very nice. The curly-haired beauties at breakfast were warm and lovely. They didn't have the sense of distance that the British people have at all.

From the beginning, they said that the hotel was fully booked and they would upgrade us to a room on the ground floor for free. It was very big and nice. I thought it was another trick. They would upgrade you for free. Of course I said no, and I would give it to the person in charge. After asking the supervisor, he came back personally and said that there was still no room available and asked me to check in first. If I still felt uncomfortable, I would go to the front desk tomorrow to check if there was a room I could change. After checking in, our room was indeed big, but there was no air conditioning and the bathroom was not ventilated. We often heard people talking and other noises nearby. Although it was not loud, we still felt bad. We also smelled food, so we went out for a walk. Go, I found out that this room is actually next to the dining room, and the door is also next to the side door of the dining room. The other side is the kitchen door, so there is a lot of noise during dinner time and there are a lot of people passing by your door during dinner. Entering the restaurant, I also found that the distance between the room and the kitchen of the restaurant was not completely sealed, so I could hear a lot of noise and smell the smell all night long. In the end, I found that there was only one room on the entire floor, and the restaurant space was not large. Based on the measurements, it might have been a room that was added to the original space. Fortunately, I was able to move to my room upstairs the next day. Although the room was small, at least it was formal. Unlike before, I had to go to the side door of the dining room to enter the room. Every time I saw the staff, I felt weird. of. It's unreasonable for the hotel to give me this weird room as a traveler who paid the normal price. Alternatively, you can mark it online as a very convenient room and let the traveler choose.
