Nice location. Nice community around the hotel. The traffic is convenient. The inside of hotel is clean and decorated well.

Amazing bed, comfiest I've ever slept in! Black out curtains too for the most amazing sleep. Reception kindly saw my mobility impairment and changed my room to an accessible one. Room included some water, espresso pods and shortbread, and dressing gowns and slippers. Gorgeous view.

Everything perfect, service is good, room is enjoyable, environment is harmonious. I want to stay here again if possible, which is the first choice in London

it was a nice stay

The lotion jar was filled with an acidic soap. It burned my face and cased a severe rash before a long presentation at a conference. They basically said I am sorry in a not so polite way. Be careful.

Hotel was nice room was a little over looked by neighbouring buildings but room was spacious hotel in good location st Paul’s cathedral right outside door. Easy walk to South bank and Tower of London .Breakfast plenty of options but a little lukewarm but it was buffet .. pool and spa nice but busy and noisy can’t comment on bar or restaurant as did not use overall a nice stay would stay again

Great location, amenities, cleaningness, and basically amazing value for money in London. No refrigerators and charge for early check-in weree the only downsides we experienced.

Hotel is lovely and in a great location. The only disappointment was the shower. It was absolutely awful. You had to step into a bath and the shower was like a slow spray. Will not be staying here again unfortunately.

The place was brilliant. All the services, including meals were perfect, well organized and simple. Highly recommended!
