Really well located, next to Paddington and Lancaster Gate station, 5 minute walk from Hyde Park. Everything was great, staff really kind and helpful. You can also use the luggage store for free.

The hotel is 3 min walk from Paddington station, pretty accessible. Have booked a room for 5pax, room was pretty small, hardly any space to move around after we put our luggages into the room. Breakfast is not bad though not a spread. The service crew was friendly though. Price is considerably reasonable. Will recommend this hotel.

Excellent location, along a lovely street, close to 2 train stations, eateries and Hyde Park. It's a small property with rooms to match but hey it's clean and service is friendly.

The location was very convenient. Walkable from Paddington station even you carry a heavy baggage. Yet the building was quite old and not well maintained. When I was showering, the equipment suddenly fell and broken. Also, I couldn’t close the window properly as the frame was also broken.

Perfect for what we needed, easy location for Paddington Station and tube station. Clean spacious room for 2 adults 3 kids. Would stay again.

位置方便，離帕丁頓火車站200米左右，離海德公園200米，房間很小，十幾平米1300-1500左右一晚，2張床就放不下大的行李箱了,寸土寸金的地方沒辦法。

給的是頂層的閣樓房間，最後一層需要拿着箱子爬很抖的樓梯……酒店毛巾上還有毛髮，床單上也有污漬，洗臉盆和飛機廁所差不多大小，將就一晚，酒店拒絕退第二晚房費，經理態度很差，愛住不住的感覺。另外除了頂樓有空調，其他樓層無空調

房間設施齊全，很整潔，很乾凈；早餐特別好吃😋推薦大家，但是行李多的建議住低樓層房間，因為沒有電梯😊

這是一家很努力的小酒店。酒店房間實在太小了，熱水也壞掉了，不過服務人員很及時地去修理，但依然導致我們第一晚不能洗澡。除了小以外，其他地方還是看得出來很努力，含非常不錯的早餐。

地理位置很好，早餐也不錯，交通方便，如果腿力充足，很多著名景點可以走路即可，節省不少交通費。是個可以推薦的酒店。

四樓三人間小之又小，電梯限重150KG，並且衹到三樓。房間11平米，三人間就是一個非常小的標間加一張單人床。衞生間環境差，毛巾臟，馬桶很臟，洗澡水流非常小。最讓人崩潰的是晚上房頂莫名其妙的噪聲，響徹整晚。床下還有以前的住客留下的薯片包裝袋，不知道放了多久。
