Staff were really friendly. Room was nice and clean. Would stay again

Lift is slow and during night, not function. We have to use stairs to 4th floor. The stairs is steep. Reception guy is not friendly and not helping, pls change this Staff.

The location is perfectly located near the Paddington station, but the room is so small and a little bit old. Overall, this is a satisfying stay at this $$.

Great location. Stayed for 2 nights and it was easy to walk from Paddington Station. For the amount that I paid for, the room served its purpose for a short stay. The room is small and clean. It was good enough for me. I would say its a good place to stay for solo traveller first time in London.

Not pleasant to deal with. Arrived and my allocated room was unlocked with door open and facing onto street even though requested a quiet room. Asked to be moved, other rooms weren't ready but got told come back in an hour and they'd have another room out back ready. Returned and got room key to find I was allocated an internal room with no window that was roasting hot. When I stated this wasn't what I booked I was bluntly told no other rooms available including the one originally allocated. The staff member reluctantly got the air conditioning unit working which did help, but room was different to what was booked and not clean, dirty cups remained from previous user. All the staff member had to do was apologise for the inconvenience but wasn't willing to do so hence this review

ドアが開きにくいという口コミを見ましたが本当にそうでした。でもパディントン駅から近いし、カフェやレストランやお土産屋さんなど、ちょっと飲み物を買ったりするのにも便利な場所でした。ホテルも何となくアットホームな感じで私は気に入りました。

Tout simplement horrible la propreté et vraiment à revoir même mieux je ne comprends pas que cette hotel soit encore ouverte les chambres sont vraiment très petites pour trois personnes et vraiment très ancienne l'ascenseur ne fonctionne pas depuis très longtemps apparemment pas évident quand votre chambres et situé au 4ème étage avec bagage et enfant mes le pire et la douche d'une saleté inimaginable je ne conseille vraiment pas cette hotel à fuir

酒店位置好，在帕丁頓地鐵附近，但是酒店設施很差，電梯不顯示，按鍵也不好用了，房間隔音差，比較吵，本來要把行李寄存酒店，結果衹是放在樓梯旁邊，不是封閉的，沒人看護，服務也很差，説付費寄存的話收106磅，下回再去倫敦希望避雷這家酒店。

還可以 屋子夠用。洗漱用品有。就是沒有牙刷 和拖鞋 需要自己準備

體驗比較差，特別小，一張床以外連行李箱都放不下，洗臉池真的衹比手掌大一點點。電梯説是壞了，小樓梯小過道里提着行李別提多逼仄，晚上不知名的蟲子還爬到胳膊上了。不過在帕丁頓車站旁邊可能大抵都是這樣的條件。800多將近900的價格真的體驗感太差了。

Considerati i prezzi medi di Londra non mi aspettavo molto di più. Vicino alla metro. Struttura molto essenziale, trasandata. Se fosse una stella sarebbe corretto.

房間比較小，個人酒店，地理位置還不錯，衹是住一晚還行

역 근처에 있어서 굉장히 가까웠고 시설은 무난한 편에 청결상태는 이정도면 괜찮은 편이지 않나 생각한다 큰기대를 하지 않아서 그런지 딱 하루자기에 좋음
