位置有點難找，因為到了發現門鎖着以為走錯了，其實前台工作人員在這個連鎖酒店的附近另一家分店坐着，我打電話之後很快就出現幫我們開門了。但地理位置很方便，離火車站和地鐵站都比較近。套房的佈局非常温馨，很喜歡室內裝飾vintage的風格，還送了我們果醬當welcome gift，酒店附近還有一棵櫻花樹，好浪漫！

Lets face reality: London is an extremely expensive city to stay in a decent hotel, and I appreciated the Rokxy for being affordable, fantastic location, and excellent service from the team running the place. They could not have been nicer and provided all sorts of little "extras," such as hot tea in the AM delivered to the door (at no extra charge). I stayed in the crashpad and it was indeed small, but perfect for my purposes and also, knowing london, completely to my expectation. I do recommend the Rokxy!

My colleague had a fantastic stay with a few bits in the mini bar for free and said the staff were so friendly. He has stayed at the Roxxy several times now and loves it.

The staff were super friendly and couldn’t be more helpful, the room was clean and beautifully furnished. The gift in the room was a delightful touch and tea in bed in the morning was amazing. I will definitely use again and suggest to friends.
