Stayed here during my trip to london, very convenient to the tube. Staff was friendly, breakfast was amazing!

Free car park is definitely the biggest advantage of this hotel. I can see where my car is parked from the hotel room. The breakfast is good. Maybe, it's not high season, I can have breakfast comfortably, without too many people at the same time. It will be better if there're toasts.

Because the train was delayed, the check-in time was around 9pm. As soon as we entered the room, it was as cold as an ice cellar. We called the front desk and they told us to turn on the heater ourselves, but the heater was broken. We called the front desk again, and a black lady held an old and broken heater and said that this was the only one she could provide. We wanted to change rooms, but she said that this was the only one left. We could either contact the booking platform to get a refund ourselves, or we could go out in the middle of the night to find a hotel by ourselves. She could only provide a heater, and her attitude was very bad. The quilt was also very thin, and my child and I were freezing in the middle of the night. The facilities in the bathroom were even worse, the bathroom was dirty and old, and the towels smelled strange. Not to mention the toiletries, there was only one bottle hanging on the wall that said it was a shampoo and shower, and even conditioner was not provided? The location is on the street, very noisy, and the sound insulation is very poor. The sound of the corridor seems to be heard right next to my ear, not to mention the mattress and pillows. The room is also very small. In addition to the bed and a chair and table, it is difficult for large people to turn around! ! A hotel that is not even as good as a domestic guesthouse actually charges more than 2,000 RMB per night, 230 GBP. Why do they do that? And why did Ctrip recommend such a bad hotel to us on its platform?
