Kami memiliki pengalaman menginap yang sangat baik di hotel. Mereka menyediakan layanan usith dan essional, mulai dari conceriger hingga layanan kamar. KHUSUSnya terima kasih kepada meja depan, Tuan FAHEEM, dia memberi kami banyak nasihat bagus dan menyelesaikan pertanyaan dan kekhawatiran kami dengan cepat. Kamarnya besar, bersih, lokasinya sempurna bagi kami. Sementara itu, aku lupa membawa barang-barang pribadiku di kamar, aku berharap pihak hotel akan mengambilnya, aku akan punya teman untuk mengambilnya.

During our stay the lift was in service so we hv to climbed up the staircase to our htl room. The hotel staffs were so helpful to assist with our luggages. Other than that all ok 👍🏻

I have stayed in this hotel several times over the last few years. It's very conveniently situated and generally reasonably priced, certain areas are looking a little tired in all the rooms I've stayed in but overall...I keep going back .

Stayed for one night. I checked in very late and the staffs are nice. They led me to the room. Room is clean and quiet. Wonderful!

Near to Earls Court tube station.Average room size.Has a restaurant.relaxing lobby area.Luggage storage for a few hours. Accommodating and friendly staff.

Just a flying visit!!! Wish I could have stayed longer!!! Will be back in the near future!!! A nice welcome from the door staff and them on the desk 👍

we are allocated to room in level 00... we hv to walk up n down the stairs... the balcony outside the room. was very dirty.. the porter service wasn't good

The price is reasonable and room is neat and nice with a window. The staff's service is professional. The check in and check out procedures are simple and silky smooth. There is a park nearby which is within a walkable distance and the location is moderate. The transportation is convenient. Furthermore, there are a number of museums nearby. There are many restaurants and a big supermarket store close to the hotel.

Rooms are rather on the small side , did put a note on my booking for a special request however did not receive so a little bit gutted by that however hotel is lovely, staff are lovely and location makes it easy to navigate around London.

The location was super perfect You can access to earls court station in 3 minutes walk. I highly recommended this hotel who is planing to stay in London for 3-4 days.

Convince location

Most amazing hotel. Couldn’t believe the price when we booked and arrived the hotel is situation 3 minutes to the underground surrounded by shops and restaurants. We were able to check in at 12am midday and the women on the front desks were so accommodating and even upgraded our room. The rooms are spacious with everything you could need. Will definitely be coming back

La ubicación es perfecta.Es buena idea pedir habitación en la segunda planta ,hay unas en el sótano más oscuras y dan a la calle.Aunque no es una calle muy ruidosa.El baño es pequeño pero tiene una ducha cómoda.L7mpieza mejorable.
