Great location, nice staff, clean room, fluffy bed, awesome bakery next door. No complaints. Will be happy to return.

Small room big enough for a bed and bed side table only. One small bathroom and that’s the whole room. It’s good for a 2 night stay but no more

The staff at Bedford were fantastic and very accomodating. We enjoyed our stay and the cookies!!!

Excellent location near to Oxford St, Tottenham Court Rd, Goodge St, Russell Square, British Museum etc. Pleasant service. Interior looked somewhat worn tho.

Code given to access lift and my room not working, staff had to follow me to my room to let me in. I asked if I can have a new code just in case I need to go out or I get locked out. He said he will get back to me but never. I went downstairs to collect my food delivery after 30mins and bumped into that same staff, he walked past me without even saying sorry or hi. Have to asked the front desk to give me a new code. Lift was a bit glitchy, no free coffee or milk or anything. Everything in the room costs money. Ridiculous

Great location close to amenities and tube station. very friendly staff. No availability of restaurant on site, but there is a coffee shop next door with a discount for guests

Nice hotel. Great location! The only thing missing was the room didn’t have a mini fridge. Other than that, I was completely satisfied. Will definitely stay here again.

Staff were pleasant, room was cramped, ridiculously small, would definitely not rebook. It was very clean but very basic for the price.

Really lovely little simple but chic hotel in a fantastic location. Cookie on arrival was a nice touch and Gail’s next door is a great convenience. Everything was spotlessly keen, staff were great. We will be back. Our only issues were with the flush handle on the toilet, the position of it against the wall made it very difficult to flush and there was a kink in the shower hose which effected the flow and pressure of the water.

Wonderful hotel, comfy beds, spacious, very service minded staff. Excellent location. Only downside was construction builder at early mornings and sometimes at night?? But other than that it was a perfect hotel for me and my son for four nights as we explored London .

Great little find, really central and absolutely spotless. Good customer service - room key didn’t work so reception staff came up and sorted it straight away, and gave us a voucher for Gail’s Bakery next door as an apology for the inconvenience. Really nice touch. Would thoroughly recommend, and will stay here again.
