Perfect location for Westminster. Rooms are as advertised - small but very functional. Bed is very comfortable. If you're claustrophobic maybe think twice though. My room had no external window - don't know if they're all like that. To be fair I slept brilliantly as I could get the room super dark and it was quiet. Only big negative for me was no tea / coffee making facilities in the room. I've since heard this may have been available downstairs in the lobby, but reception didn't advise me on checkin and as worked booked the room for me I didn't know what to expect. Restaurant menu was very limited and no info in room. Menu should have been available on the TV but my remote refused to scroll sideways. Oh and nearly forgot - the sink plug was stuck down. Not a major issue for 1 night so didn't mention at the time. All that said - very smart and clean. Felt safe and I loved the touchscreen light controls on the headboard and different types of lighting available.

This hub was the perfect location for running the London Marathon as it was easy to get back to after the finish. It is centrally located to the tube which made travel very easy. It is within walking distance for sightseeing

Nice 2-3 star hotel. New and clean. Hub rooms are very small and no frills. Great location. No top sheet but good blanket. No cups-glasses in room. You have to ask for room service if you want-need it. The breakfast (not included) was good.

Very nice staff, specially Tonima who helps us with everything we need. Location is perfect, you can to Big Ben, London eye and different atractions just walking, I recommend to have lunch at the hotel, is a Buffet and you can eat all you want. Regards from Spain!

The location is excellent! The room is tiny (which I knew). I had some issues first night there (heat wouldn't turn on - only cold air blew out) and when I showered to try to warm up, it wasn't as hot as I wished. The second time I spoke with front desk, I finally got heat in the room. You need to book room cleaning in advance Bed was comfortable and it was a quiet room. So met all my needs (once I got warm enough) Close to tube station and to many attractions.

Stayed for 4 nights with my husband to explore London and take in a show. The hotel exceeded our expectations. Clean, modern, friendly staff and in a superb location. Literally a stones throw from St. James Park tube station and within easy walking distance to the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace. The breakfast was great too, not a massive choice but certainly good quality and buffet style so you can fill up before exploring for the day. We are already planning a return trip and will definitely stay here!

What a great idea... smaller hub hotels in great Central locations. A couple of minutes walk from big Ben The bonus is the rooms, although smaller, are perfect for a short stay. Lovely bar restaurant too. Would highly recommend the hub hotels for a city break

Very affordable hotel located between Westminster Abbey and St. James Park underground station. Rooms are small but clean. Maximizes space to store clothes, suitcases. If Ikea created a hotel room, it would be close to this. Perfect for visitors who plan to spend most of their time touring the city and need a place to sleep. Worked great for two of us. Our room was at the back of the hotel and very quiet. No street noise. Nice lounge area where coffee and tea are available 24/7. Breakfast is available for 8£. Porridge, bacon, sausage, beans, scrambled eggs, toast, pastries, granola, yogurt, fruit (bananas, oranges, apples). Convenient to grab in the morning. Nice area to rest, recharge with a warm drink midday or evenings. Bar is open and they have some dinner options, but there are lots of restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Everyone we interacted with who worked here was pleasant, friendly and helpful. Was impressed with quick attention to any need (replaced our hair dryer within minutes of it being brought to their attention). Three elevators; no long wait ever for a lift. To consider: No safes in room. Would stay here again.

Wonderful stay, and I will definitely stay here again when I make it back to London! The location is fantastic, the staff extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and the techie touches in the room were great! They made it easy to turn the lights on/off, adjust the temp in the room, or put do not disturb sign up. The only improvement would be to the television. Tried to watch a movie that was included and it never loaded, service was not working. So maybe check on that. But it was such a minor issue, I didn’t even mention it to the hotel staff during my stay. It is a smaller room, which I knew prior to booking and didn’t bother me or my daughter at all, since we were there just to sleep and that was it. Overall, 10/10!

Fantastic location for central London. Pleasant room with very comfy bed. Fabulous breakfast choices and best of all lovely helpful staff. Would we stay here again? In the blink of an eye. So will be booking again in May.

Me and my husband stayed here as we going to see phantom of the opera and Peter Kay. We are glad we picked this hotel. The reception staff were all very polite and helpful, they gave me an extra pillow when I asked so make sure you ask if you’d prefer two. The room was tiny however it’s really all you need as no one is staying in the room when there’s so much to see outside. Bed was super comfy, smart tv was good and the controls on the headboard were a nice feature. The bath is small but it was clean and the shower was great. We paid for breakfast for our two night stay and it was good, sausages were lovely and the porridge was good along with the little sachets of jam or syrup. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate is available 24hrs. The hotel is a short walk from Westminster Abbey and the tube station. Over all a great location, clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay again.

The hotel is in a very convenient area and the staff was helpful, I didn't catch any names, the room was small but good enough for a couple of days with my partner, breakfast was very good as well as they have some hot food, we will definitely come back
