Pros: perfect location, easy to get around and close to metro station. The place of the aircon in the room is perfect, not facing the bed. Cons: room size is small, window cannot be opened. And the sink that has been clogged was not fixed before I checked in the room. Being fair, generally it’s totally fine for one day stay when people can go around to visit the main tourist sites.

A very central hotel in the heart of London.  Rooms are simple but comfortable for one person. Had a decent breakfast at the hotel as well.

Nice place to stay, will book again. Close to Subway. There was a confusion on the room availability at first but was resolved finally.

This was a good location to stay in close to west minister abbey and easy walking distance to buckingham palace etc. there was no tea and coffee in the room but unlimited coffee and tea in downstairs lobby. The breakfast was great!

Although it was small, the location, cleanliness, and breakfast were perfect. The facilities were also clean and very nice. In particular, the breakfast was cheap but had a lot of variety, and the scrambled eggs and bacon were very tasty. It was nice that the station and bus stop were nearby and I could walk to Big Ben and Westminster Abbey.

The room is small and there are no slippers, so you have to bring your own. Apart from these issues, the location is good and convenient. The service staff is very good. It is very convenient to go anywhere in London. If you don't have high requirements for the room and your budget is limited, I fully recommend this hotel

The location is super convenient, close to the subway station and very close to attractions (such as Westminster Abbey, Big Ben and London Eye), and it only takes 2 minutes to walk to the Royal Palace. Hotel prices are already very cheap in the city center, so don't ask for room facilities and size.

The transportation is very convenient, with several major scenic spots just outside the door. At the intersection is Westminter Abbey Church, and further ahead is the London Eye, an internet celebrity spot where Jay Chou took photos.

Good hotel, 2 minutes from Big Ben. Very good connection to the train. Breakfast is simple English, not much choice. Room is nice, clean and comfortable. Large bathroom.

The location is excellent, just opposite Westminster Cathedral, close to the subway station and major attractions. The room is really small, but clean.
