I’m quite disappointed with my overall experience at this property. While the stay is cheap, there's a clear reason for it — the hotel is located right next to a bar, and the noise goes on until early morning. It was very difficult to get a good night’s sleep due to the constant disturbance.
A major issue I faced was a double booking. I didn’t receive any confirmation email or booking reference after the first attempt, which made me think the booking didn’t go through. I ended up booking again. Only upon arrival did I realize both bookings were active. When I tried to get help, I was told that I had missed the cancellation window — but no one informed me of this, and I couldn’t see any booking history on the website. This is unlike my past experiences with platforms like Trip.com, where everything is transparent and easy to track. Despite reaching out for support, no one provided a clear response or any alternative solution.
Worse, I lost my ID card during the check-in process and strongly suspect it was not returned by the staff member who handled my check-in. I requested a review of the CCTV footage to confirm this, but no one ever responded to that either. This is very serious — losing an ID, especially a passport, can be a major risk while travelling.
Overall, the lack of communication, poor system design, loud environment, and unhelpful staff made this a frustrating and disappointing stay. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for peace of mind or decent customer service.
