The hotel was lovely in a lovely location staff and hotel both excellent we had lunch in restaurant again lovely only negative was not hot water we rang and was told to run shower for 10 mins but stil nothing more than barely warm which was a shame is it spoilt a lovely stay

Everything great. Only one thing wrong . We asked the timing of breakfast with reception and was told it started at 7am. This was not true. It was 8am and meant we could not partake. If we had known this we would not have pre purchased breakfast. Attempted to have cost reimbursed, hotel refused. A pity as all was good except we had to pay for something we did not have.

I really didn't expect to be able to stay in such an excellent hotel in London at this price! Room: Exquisite, retro, and elegant. It's really a hundred times better than the official photos! Location: At first, I chose this place just because it was close to St. Pancras and I had to catch a European trip in the morning.
